🌿 Nature Hike x Nervous System Reset

🌿 Nature Hike x Nervous System Reset

Sun, May 17, 7:30 AM
From Conscious Creators Club

**A different kind of hike — for those ready to connect with nature and themselves on a deeper level** **📅 Saturday 17 May · 9:30am – 4:30pm 📍Meet at Singuerlin Metro Station ⏱ 7 hours · Hike explores Parc de la Serralada** *** **Do you love hiking — but wish you could connect with nature on a deeper level? This is the hike for you.** **This is not your regular hike. Here, we move through nature while learning practical techniques to cleanse, restore, and protect our energy field — the aura. We use nature and the elements themselves as our medicine.** *** **✨ YOUR ENERGY SPEAKS BEFORE YOU DO** **Most of us have been taught to care for our bodies, our minds, and our relationships — but almost nobody teaches us to care for our energy.** **Your auric field — the subtle, luminous extension of who you are — is working constantly, absorbing the stress of daily life, the weight of difficult emotions, the residue of draining environments and negative interactions. Over time, this builds up. The field becomes clouded, congested, or weakened. And when it does, you feel it — even if you can't quite name it.** **🌀 YOU MIGHT RECOGNISE THIS AS...** **→ A persistent exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix** **→ Feeling anxious or emotionally raw for no clear reason** **→ A foggy mind that makes decisions feel impossible** **→ Absorbing everyone else's energy and moods** **→ Feeling lost or disconnected from your inner voice** **→ Physical symptoms with no obvious medical cause** **This isn't weakness. This is what happens when energetic hygiene is ignored — and it's far more common than most people realise.** *** **🌿 WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:** **In this hike, you will learn not only how to connect with nature on a much deeper level, but also learn about your own energetic system. Through a powerful blend of ancient energetic wisdom, guided visualisation, and the healing power of nature and the elements, you will:** **01 — Understand your auric field deeply — what it is, how it works, and why it matters** **02 — Learn to detect imbalances and develop real sensitivity to your own energetic state** **03 — Master 3 practical self-cleansing techniques you can use anywhere, anytime** **04 — Build a daily energy protection practice that fits into real life** **05 — Reconnect with your inner voice and intuition — clear the noise, come home to yourself** *** **💫 WHAT YOU'LL GAIN** **→ A profound increase in awareness of the subtle energetic world around you** **→ Greater sensitivity to your own field — and what's helping or harming it** **→ Expanded self-awareness, intuition, and psychic clarity** **→ A stronger, more resilient aura not easily destabilised by others** **→ Healthier energetic boundaries — physical, emotional, and spiritual** **→ A richer understanding of how the spiritual and physical are always in conversation** *** **✨ WHAT TO BRING:** * **Water** * **Food for lunch** * **Sun protection, glasses, hat** * **Hiking shoes** * **Blanket to sit on** * **Journal to note down any reflections from the practices** * **Anything else that will make you feel comfortable :)** *** **🤍 YOUR GUIDE** **Desislava Kadra — spiritual growth researcher, energy healer, podcaster & conscious creator. 10 years exploring & practicing energy healing, spiritual growth, ancestral healing, soul rescue & psychic development. 🌿 Learn more: https://bridgingtherealm.kit.com/** *** **🌿 RESERVE YOUR SPOT** **€5 to reserve (via Bizum) · €20 total - To reserve your space message Desi: 677286551** **📅 Saturday 17 May · 9.30am – 4:00pm 📍 Meet outside Singueirlin Metro Station** **⚡ Spaces are intentionally limited to keep this experience intimate and powerful. Don't wait.**
