🥾 🌿 Join us for a hike that goes from one castle to another. We will start with the castle of Maisons-Lafitte, built between 1640 and 1650. It is considered a civil architecture masterpiece of the 17th century. A Chinese billionaire even had a copy built near Beijing. Our hike will take us to the banks of the Seine and then into the forest. We will end in the gardens of the castle of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, a magnificent castle built in 1539. It now houses the archeology museum. Être Head of Design ou Lead Product Designer, c'est souvent jongler entre mille casquettes : donner une vision claire, embarquer son équipe, gérer les tensions, répondre aux attentes des stakeholders… tout en restant inspirant·e, disponible et aligné·e. Pas toujours simple ! Et pourtant, c'est précisément dans ces moments de flou et de pression que le leadership se révèle. Dans cet atelier, on aborde ces défis de front, avec une arme secrète : le théâtre d'improvisation. Pas besoin d'être comédien·ne, juste avoir l'envie d'expérimenter, de se tromper et d'apprendre dans un espace bienveillant et sans jugement. Au programme : des mises en situation concrètes pour s'entraîner à donner du sens, créer l'adhésion et trouver la bonne posture même quand tout s'emballe. 🌼 Somewhere in a park in Paris, we’ll sit down together and spend a bit of time with the first three chapters of ***Mastery* by Robert Greene**, a book about how people find their direction, often slowly and imperfectly, and grow into it over time. Let's enjoy the rhythm of spring, and take some time to exchange perspectives in a relaxed, open-minded atmosphere. It’s as much about the conversation as it is about the book, getting to know how others think, what resonates with them, and where views differ. ***Mastery*** is known for its clear, engaging writing and its mix of philosophy, psychology, and real-life stories. Greene looks at how people find their path, often in uncertain or unexpected ways, and how they develop their craft over time. For this gathering, we’ll stay with the first three chapters (and leave the rest for a second round). * **Discover Your Calling** * **Submit to Reality** * **See People as They Are** Each of these opens up space for reflection, not just on the book, but on our own experiences. Meudon hills, forests, lakes...

7 km, moderate. Meudon, on the South West of Paris, offers from its hill, the best view over Paris, 1000 hectares of forest, 4 lakes, and some incredible places like Paris Observatory, Rodin sculture Museum, the oldest airship building in Europe, and scientific 19th century towers... I was born there! Walk will start at **14:00** (so come 15 minutes before) from **Meudon-Val-Fleury RER C station**, from a small square with a Rodin sculpture, next to the Villa Fleury restaurant. We will go to : \- the Rodin Museum park \(entrance is free\) \- The lakes \- The forest \- The terrace with the best view over Paris \- The park of the Armande Béjart house\, wife of Molière We will then relax in a in a café, next to Meudon station (line N going to Montparnasse in 11 minutes) A leaflet with explations will be given to the participants.
