Join us for our winter edition weekly Wednesday 4 +/- mile, moderate hike at Redwood Regional Park. It is the perfect time of year to see loads of mushrooms, banana slugs, and even newts! Enter from Redwood Gate https://goo.gl/maps/PrGuttC8dEnxN1KC9 Park at either Fishway Lot (first parking lot on the left), or Wayside Lot, and we will meet at Fishway Lot. make sure you do not leave valuables visible in your car as there have been break-ins. At 3 pm we will start with meet and greet; and each person gets to share 1 - 2 things that made them happy this week. Please be on time and get to know your new friends during the hike. We leave for the hike at 3:05 pm. Our pace will be determined by group abilities and preferences.. Route to be determined day of the hike. Hike is 2 - 2- 1/2 hours. Please make sure to bring enough water and clothing. Our goal is to make friends and enjoy nature. If you cannot make it, please update your RSVP at least a day in advance of the event so others can join! No shows will be marked if there’s no valid reason, and more than 2 no shows we will have to remove you from the group. Thank you for your understanding. Doggie friends are currently not part of a group hike.
