**Bondi to Manly in 7 Stages! - South Mosman Ferry Wharf to The Spit Bridge 14KM** **In this 7-walk series**, we cover **90.5KM in total** to explore the worlds greatest harbour city at a pace which allows us to enjoy the amazing sights and sounds of Sydney! **In Episode 5,** we meet at **Circular Quay Wharf 4, Side A** by no later than **9:50AM** to catch **10:00AM ferry to South Mosman Ferry Wharf,** arriving 10:14AM. We make off through **Great Sirius Cove** and enter the Taronga Zoo Trail through to Bradleys Head. Taylors Bay and **Chowder Bay** follow, then it is out to Middle Head where we find historical artillery gun emplacements, tunnels and bunkers. There is a bathroom and fantastic views into the east harbour, so we **stop here for our lunch break**, 8.6KM into the walk. **THERE IS NO FOOD AVAILABLE AT OUR LUNCH SPOT, SO MEMBERS MUST BRING LUNCH! BATHROOM AVAILABLE!** Lunch done we skirt around the active naval base, **HMAS Penguin**, and head down to Balmoral Beach. Up and over Wyargine Point, the route goes through Rosherville Park and **Chinamans Beach** before passing the **Parririwi Lighthouse**. We end the day at The **Spit Bridge** bus stop from which regular services take us back towards the City or Chatswood. **What to Bring:** Please bring snacks and lunch, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water. We hustle through to **Submarine Base Platypus,** Neutral Harbour and stop to check out the historic home of the famous author, **May Gibbs** before heading out to Kurraba Reserve. Into Shellcove, we find the Cremorne Point track and follow to **Robertsons Point Lookout**, before stopping for lunch, 6.2KM in, at Cremorne Point. **THERE IS NO FOOD AVAILABLE AT OUR LUNCH SPOT, SO MEMBERS MUST BRING LUNCH! BATHROOMS AVAILABLE!** Lunch done we head off for **Mosman Bay** and **Curraghbeena Lookout** form where we find **Reid Park Footbridge** and head up local streets plus sneaky pathways to Cremorne shopping village and end our walk at **Minskys Hotel** for a tasty refreshment. **HIGH FREQUENCY BUSE SERVICES RUN BACK TO THE CITY FROM MILITARY ROAD, AT MINSKYS HOTEL.** **What to Bring:** Please bring snacks and lunch, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water.
