As spring is finally here, I’m opening my home for a shared, homecooked Vietnamese lunch for anyone in Berlin craving a low-key gathering. **The menu** A Vietnamese family-style meal, following the Northern tradition: **một mặn · một canh · một rau** (one fish/meat dish · one soup · one vegetable) **✨ Canh gà lá giang** A light, slightly sour chicken soup **✨ Chả trứng hấp** Steamed egg with minced pork and wood ear mushrooms **✨ Thịt heo quay da giòn** Crispy pork belly **✨ A small surprise treat from Vietnam :)** Vietnamese tea & coffee included. Most of us would know peruvian cuisine for its famous civeche, but there're actually lots more delicious seafood, meat and vegetable dishes to discover. This is a small delightful restaurant serving refined peruvain cuisine with an impressive wine list. Please do not sign up unless you are sure to attend. Late cancellations or no shows will be deleted from the group immediately.
