 Early Morning Running Campions Group

Early Morning Running Campions Group

Mon, Apr 27, 7:00 PM
From Sydney Early Morning Running Group

This group is for the "reformable snooze-hitters"—those who want to start their day with a win but lack the social glue to go it alone. We’ll be meeting at **Garrison Point** to take in the serene morning light over **Lake Gillawarna**. Mirambeena Regional Park offers the perfect, peaceful setting to clear your head and get your heart rate up before the workday begins. **The Game Plan:** * **05:15 AM:** Meet at the **Garrison Point Carpark** (End of Beatty Pde). * **05:30 AM:** Laces tied, we head off! We’ll be running the scenic loops around the lakes and through the regional park (Approx. 5km–7km). * **06:15 AM:** The Reward. Post-run coffee and chats at a local cafe nearby to celebrate the win. **Event Logistics:** * **📍 Meeting Point:** Garrison Point, Mirambeena Regional Park (Look for me near the picnic area/carpark). * **🏃 Pace:** All levels welcome. This is a "no-drop" run; we regroup at the bridges and path junctions to ensure no one is left behind. * **👟 What to Bring:** Running gear, a water bottle, and your commitment to showing up. **The RSVP:** Motivation is a feeling, but **Accountability** is a choice. Hit **'Attend'** to let the group know you’re showing up. When you know someone is waiting for you by the lake, that 5:00 AM alarm becomes a whole lot easier to answer. **I’ll see you at first light by the water!**

Coffee and chat in Surry Hills: Make new friends in Sydney! (25-35yo)

Sat, May 2, 11:30 PM
From Surry Hills Social Locals' Coffee Club (ages 25 to 35)
4.7

Our simple concept: gather with a group of locals regularly to form friendships. Introducing the **Surry Hills Locals Coffee Club**, a regular meet-up for **people** **aged 25 to 35 living in Surry Hills** **and surrounding suburbs**. Our philosophy comes from the belief that the best opportunities for forming friendships emerge within group settings. Here’s what our meet-ups are about: * We keep things friendly by meeting in **small groups**, ensuring sure it's never overwhelming. * Our meet-ups are about an hour, with the opportunity to extend if you have time to spare. We play by three simple rules: 1. **Totally friendly** \- everyone should feel like they’re among friends\. Come with no expectations\, and leave excited for the next event\. 2. **No dating or selling** \- this space is purely for making friends and genuine connections\. 3. **Ages 25–35** \- to keep things feeling relatable\, meetups are for those within this age range\. If you have any questions, just drop a note in the event chat on the day – we’re happy to help and say hi before you arrive. We’re really looking forward to meeting you at our next coffee and welcoming you into the group.
