Group welcomes everyone, who will like to improve their energy, vitality, and overall health. We will focus on elimination diet, detox, raw-foods, juicing, demystifying food labeling, and educative learning trips to health food places. Group is moderated by certified raw food specialist with proven expertise in healing through nutrition, health coaching, effectively dealing with autism, speech delay/disorders, Celiac disease, and more.

Group will meet regularly on weekly basis and will have work-shops on special interest topics like GMO, organic, toxins, etc. There will be interesting trips to health food farms, and stores in the area where you will get a chance to not only know more about available health foods but also procure them locally on a regular basis.

The Problem: The growing epidemics of chronic diseases are symptoms of poor general health.
