About us
Welcome to Polar Planet! This meetup is for individuals who share a passion for all things related to the wildlife conservation of 80204. We are committed to reducing plastic in the Mile High City, and the urban environment of Weir Gulch, from Sheridan to the South Platte River as the creek flows through Barnum, Sunnyside, and Westwood. If you enjoy trash blitzing riparian areas, then this group is for you. Join us for non-point pollution abatement, including trash blitzing, pond cleanups, park cleanups, and river cleanups. We provide materials to trash blitz the west area landscapes of Denver together. Come be a part of our community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to reducing plastic pollution and protecting the ambiance and ecosystem of Weir Gulch and Barnum Ponds in Denver Parks.
