Our Speaker:
Suruchi Patki is a passionate agile coach, servant leader, and change agent with over 14 years of experience helping organizations in retail, banking, and insurance navigate the journey toward agility. Beginning her career as a business analyst in a traditional waterfall environment, she has since become affectionately known as the “Scrum Mom” — a title earned through her deep commitment to protecting and nurturing scrum teams, guiding them through uncertainty, and shielding them from burnout and distractions. As the founder of "Agile Admirers & Beyond", she is on a mission to uplift the next generation of agile professionals. Through this coaching program, she has mentored over 65 aspiring scrum masters, project managers, and business analysts, helping them confidently transition into new roles and achieve their career goals.
Her interests extend into equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB), unbiased leadership, and personal wellness. Outside of work, Suruchi enjoys working out, painting, and contra dancing, and cherishes time with her daughter — whether they're cooking, creating art, or bouncing on a trampoline (though not all at once — yet!).
