3 days of living in nature in Taman Negara's best resort Mutiara Eco Park. This Resort offers a variety of accommodation types & promises guests this unique experience with full service & amenities with sufficient modern comforts. Guests at Mutiara will wake to the drone of cicadas, the chirping of bird species new to them & a myriad of other unfamiliar sounds that form a consistent cacophony unique to rainforests. You will begin their adventure at your doorstep or veranda which makes a perfect perch, especially for nocturnal sightings. Sighting wildlife outside the chalet is a bonus & the fruit season attracts the most wildlife. Each chalet unit regardless of room type is spacious at ~ 45 sqm and has its own private balcony & attached toilet surrounded by the lush jungle, some overviewing landscape of the resort garden, some facing the forest or the river. Breakfast & dinner will be a full buffet spread. Tuck into delicious buffet meals in a relaxed atmosphere amidst the familiar rainforest. Truly luxurious living in Nature.Orang Asli (Aborigines)
Learn how the Aborigines live & survive in the jungle. Know these people; their villages, shelters, and culture.๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ๐ฝ๐ ๐ช๐ฎ๐น๐ธ
Icon of the park, One of the most exciting treetop walks in Malaysia. Feel the long & high Hanging Bridge about 530M long & 40M High.Lata Berkoh (see pic)
The short hike thru the jungle is as pretty as the waterfall. This trip is not complete without visiting Lata Berkoh. It is a popular spot among hikers to venture into the beauty of Taman Negara. It has a blended element of river navigation, rapid streams & rocky area & scenic waterfall as well as a beautiful archway of trees faรงade.๐๐๐ธ๐ถ๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ธ
Hike up & view the superb panoramic lowlands, hills, and mountains. On clear days you can see Gunung Tahan, 2187M the highest peak in Peninsular Malaysia.๐๐๐ป๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐ก๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ธ
For nocturnal insects amidst the chorus of the rainforest. One of the highlights is spotting scorpions & other fluorescent items with special UV torches.Bumbun Tahan is the most popular hideout for animal observation activities. The hide is located facing the salt lick. The salt lick attracts wildlife animals, especially at night. Animals use mineral salts to supplement their nutrition, ensuring they get enough minerals in their diets. The salt lick is a sort of rally point where we can observe lots of wildlife.
Bentong & its Market: This is a MUST-stop place for the best local food & goods to buy. Best food guides here. We will have a few good hours here for breakfast all your shopping or kampong addidas.
