July 2025 marked the centennial of *The State of Tennessee v. John Thomas Scopes,* the famous "[Monkey Trial](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopes_trial)" that took place in Dayton, Tennessee. Last night, Arena Stage opened its production of *Inherit the Wind*, a fictionalization of the trial. The National Capital Area Skeptics has arranged for discounted tickets for the performance Tuesday evening, March 24 for members and guests of NCAS and Washington Area Secular Humanists (WASH).
