Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. The support of our powerful temple, including the traditional Buddhist shrine, has been widely appreciated. Countless enlightened teachers have visited this space and taught there, retreats and group practices have happened here for more than 20 years. **A down-to-earth men's circle** **for self-care, connection and resilience this Winter** *This month's focus: How does play and fun look in mid-winter?* When nights are long and the sun is scarce, Berlin can feel cold and lonely. *Wolf Huddle* offers a way to balance that out. Each month men gather to practice self-care in supportive community. Through guided group and individual activities, we explore mental wellbeing, nervous-system regulation, and simple strategies to bring calm and connection into the darker months — tactics to keep the oxytocin batteries charged. **What we’ll do** Each session blends conversation, reflection, movement, learning, and optional platonic touch. NLP - Übungsgruppe - Thema: Selbstcoaching
Einmal im Monat veranstalte ich eine NLP-Übungsgruppe. Die Abende finden monatlich statt, jeweils von 19-22 Uhr. Hier üben wir klassische Practitioner- und NLP-verwandte Themen (z.B. "Hypnose", "Timeline", "Submodalitäten",...) um sie besser in den Alltag zu integrieren. Dieses Mal geht es um das Thema **Selbstcoaching.** Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Veranstaltungen werde ich also nicht direkt eine Coaching-Technik zeigen. Viel mehr sprechen wir darüber, wie man bei einem emotionalen Problem Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe leisten kann - welche Mechanismen und Routinen dabei helfen können, das Problem auch ohne Hilfe selbstständig lösen zu können. Ich gebe eine kurze Erinnerung über die Theorie zum Thema des Abends. Dann mache ich eine kurze Demonstration, um Dir auch praktisch noch ein paar Tricks und Kniffe zu zeigen. Der Rest des Abends ist da zum Üben, Austauschen und Kennenlernen von spannenden Leuten. Wir treffen uns im Café Noir, einem kleinen gemütlichen Café in Kreuzberg. Der Betreiber Kojo ist selbst NLP-Trainer und stellt uns die Räume freundlicherweise zur Verfügung. Die Hauptsache ist, dass Du gewisse Grundbegriffe und Grundtechniken des NLP kennst und Lust hast, diese mit interessanten Menschen zu üben. PS: Der Abend ist spendenbasiert finanziert. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles. Come as you are. We begin with a 30-minute guided tasting of teas from Darjeeling region, led by Swikriti, exploring aroma, warmth, and subtle layers. While the name Darjeeling is celebrated worldwide, the farmers behind these hills are often overlooked. Small local growers continue to preserve traditional craftsmanship, and sharing their teas is a way to support them with intention and care. From this grounded space, we move into a 1-hour slow flow yoga practice guided by Mia. The sequence links breath with gentle movement, inviting warmth, softness, and awareness. Through taste and movement, we cultivate presence - a quiet connection between body, senses, and intention.
