In this writing workshop for creative and intuitive writing, you can let go of that pressure and discover what happens when you just start writing. And yes, it works! Instead of perfecting your brooding mode, here you will learn to follow your body, your breath, and your inner impulses. With breathing exercises, short meditations, simple mindfulness exercises, and guided writing prompts, you will get out of your head—and into your writing. You don’t need any finished ideas, a „perfect style,“ or talent. Just curiosity and a willingness to be surprised. **The workshop will help you:** * Overcome writer’s block * Find your way into free writing * Quiet your inner critic * Create authentic texts * Rediscover the joy and ease of writing Through two intensive writing phases, reflection, and exchange, you will learn that your text often knows more than your mind. **Silent Meditation** I've organized a space and have been leading silent meditation sessions there for a few months now. It consists of 20 minutes of sitting meditation, 5 minutes of walking meditation, and then another 20 minutes of sitting meditation. The idea is simply to have a space and a set time to meditate. You could, in principle, meditate at home, but then you'd rather unload the dishwasher, check your emails, or sort your socks. Besides, it's nice to sit quietly with other people. The room is a kind of small multipurpose space. It's nicely minimalist, without any frills, Buddha statues, or incense. There are yoga mats and blocks available for sitting. Feel free to bring your own meditation cushion, though. The meditation sessions take place every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the group room of the community center in the Körnerkiez neighborhood. There's no charge (no donations). Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. We begin with a 30-minute guided tasting of teas from Darjeeling region, led by Swikriti, exploring aroma, warmth, and subtle layers. While the name Darjeeling is celebrated worldwide, the farmers behind these hills are often overlooked. Small local growers continue to preserve traditional craftsmanship, and sharing their teas is a way to support them with intention and care. From this grounded space, we move into a 1-hour slow flow yoga practice guided by Mia. The sequence links breath with gentle movement, inviting warmth, softness, and awareness. Through taste and movement, we cultivate presence - a quiet connection between body, senses, and intention.
