Lunchtime Mental Health Walks - Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf
Lunchtime Mental Health Walks - Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf
Berlin is dark. Especially in winter. That's why it's important to catch those rays of sun, while they are still there. At lunch time the sun is the strongest. While walking together we can enjoy a nice conversation, get those steps in, increase our serotonin production as well as sync the circadian rhythm. It's also a lovely break from work. I would like to invite you to our mental health walk event. Agenda: 12:10 We meet at Schöneberg Park next to the fountain with the golden deer statue ("Der goldene Hirsch"). 12:15 We walk to Volkspark Wilmersdorf 12:50 We arrive back in Schöneberg Park, at the golden deer statue. We walk at every weather, so make sure to dress properly! Looking forward to meeting you at our lunchtime walk. Marija
Fluentbody™ with Elsabeth on Wednesdays
Fluentbody™ with Elsabeth on Wednesdays
**Fluentbody™** is a somatic movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Guided by breath, music, and awareness, you’re encouraged to move intuitively—led by sensation rather than thought. It’s not about how it looks, but how it feels. Each session unfolds as a shared journey with a clear intention, supporting authentic movement beyond ideas of right or wrong. The practice can be grounding and energising, helping release tension, awaken sensation, and explore both softness and strength. No movement or dance experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in (layers recommended). We move barefoot or in socks. ***This is a donation based session with suggested donation between €5-€15.*** Looking forward to move with you on Wednesdays!
Hatha to Yin
Hatha to Yin
**Hatha to Yin** is a balanced practice that begins with gentle, grounding Hatha movements and transitions into the deep stillness of Yin. The first half of the class focuses on mindful, steady postures that build strength, stability, and awareness through breath-led movement. As the body warms and the mind centres, the practice gradually slows down into longer-held Yin poses, allowing deep release and inner calm. This combination of Hatha and Yin cultivates both energy and relaxation - strength and softness, movement and stillness. Each session closes with a short breathing and meditation sequence to integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded and centred. The class is held in English and is beginner-friendly. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Each class includes a short, accessible explanation of the breathing approach, followed by guided practice and quiet integration, making it suitable even during a lunch break. Pilgrimage Hike: Marquardt – Potsdam (15.5 km) – Walking with Questions
Pilgrimage Hike: Marquardt – Potsdam (15.5 km) – Walking with Questions
This pilgrimage hike leads us through a water-rich landscape of canals, lakes, and open paths, gradually transitioning into the parks and historic spaces of Potsdam. As we walk, we explore an invitation that leaves room for openness: *What happens when I allow questions, doubt, and uncertainty to be present?* 📅 **Date & Time** * **Date:** Saturday, March 7, 2026 * **Start:** 9:51 AM at Bahnhof Marquardt *(Travel via RE1 from Berlin to Potsdam and RB21 from Potsdam)* * **End:** Potsdam Hauptbahnhof *(Return via RE1 or S-Bahn)* 🗺️ **Route Highlights** * Komoot: [https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2771807835](https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2771807835) * Walking through canal and lake landscapes * Field paths and suburban walking routes * Castles, villas, parks, and waterfront paths * Beaches and swimming spots along the way *(optional dip)* * Arrival through green spaces into Potsdam’s old town * Route suitable for beginners 🤔 **Why This Hike?** We often feel pressure to have answers: to know where we’re going, what we believe, and what the next step should be. This pilgrimage offers a different approach. Instead of searching for solutions, we walk *with* our questions. This pilgrimage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect on life’s important questions. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace, share thoughts, and take time for moments of silence – about 30 minutes to an hour *–* to listen to nature and our inner voices. 🔔 **What to know & bring** * The route is suitable for beginners, but requires basic walking fitness. * Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking or hiking shoes. * Bring enough food and water for the entire day. * There will be a longer break at a swimming spot. If you’d like to swim, bring swimwear and a towel. * Please remember your public transport ticket for arrival and departure. 📩 **Questions & Registration** If you have questions or need help with planning your trip, feel free to reach out. You’re also welcome to join our WhatsApp group for updates and connection before the hike. Contact Pilgrim Guide Alexander via WhatsApp (+49 157 57652601) or email (alexander.steinfeldt@outlook.com). **Waitlist = You're in! 😊** Currently, only 10 members can officially register on Meetup (due to the restrictions of the free version). However, you’re welcome to join the hike by joining the [Whatsapp group](https://www.alexander-steinfeldt.de/hikes/berlin-pilgrims/) for this event.
Berlin Awareness, Courage & Love Meetup
Berlin Awareness, Courage & Love Meetup
Mavericks Bouldering — A Casual Climb & Hangout in Berlin
Mavericks Bouldering — A Casual Climb & Hangout in Berlin
A small NEXUS gathering built around movement rather than discussion alone. This is for high-bandwidth Mavericks who spend most of their time in conceptual thought and need some physical counterweight. Why bouldering? Because it’s deliberate: short problems, full focus, and immediate feedback. You’re on the wall, solving something tangible. The mental noise drops instantly! Conversations happen naturally in between climbs. No pressure, you move at your own pace. Some exchanges stay light. Others go deep. Both are fine. This is not about athletic achievement. It’s about presence, recalibration, and being around people who don’t require you to shrink or translate yourself. Come as you are. Try some bouldering problems. Rest when needed, and engage where it makes sense. **Bring comfortable clothes and climbing shoes if you have them (rentals are available at the gym).** *Registration equals commitment. If you sign up, you show up. Read the group description first and decide consciously. Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month. Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles. Come as you are. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience. And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree. In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again. Examples of painful experiences include: * A broken relationship or divorce. * Death or loss of a loved one. * Death of a pet. * A sudden shock or bad news. * A betrayal. * Being part of an abusive relationship. * A bad injustice. * Loss of a job, position or business. * A grave illness or injury. The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is sponsored the Dianetics & Scientology Self-Improvement Center.
