**A down-to-earth men's circle**
**for self-care, connection and resilience this Winter**
*This month's focus: How does play and fun look in mid-winter?*
When nights are long and the sun is scarce, Berlin can feel cold and lonely. *Wolf Huddle* offers a way to balance that out. Each month men gather to practice self-care in supportive community.
Through guided group and individual activities, we explore mental wellbeing, nervous-system regulation, and simple strategies to bring calm and connection into the darker months — tactics to keep the oxytocin batteries charged.
**What we’ll do**
Each session blends conversation, reflection, movement, learning, and optional platonic touch. You’ll be invited to name your own needs, set your own boundaries, support others, and join exercises shaped by the group: From handshakes and supportive contact — perhaps gentle massage or other ways you’d like to be nurtured physically — to self-regulation exercises, journalling, storytelling, and guided visualisations.
**What it's for**
Wolf Huddle is a chance to explore trust and fraternal bonds, the warmth and strength of relaxed company. We huddle not like a sports team, but in mutual respect and support. Along the way you may learn to feel more at ease saying 'no', release a little loneliness, or make some room for clarity, care, and joy.

NLP - Übungsgruppe - Thema: Selbstcoaching
Einmal im Monat veranstalte ich eine NLP-Übungsgruppe. Die Abende finden monatlich statt, jeweils von 19-22 Uhr. Hier üben wir klassische Practitioner- und NLP-verwandte Themen (z.B. "Hypnose", "Timeline", "Submodalitäten",...) um sie besser in den Alltag zu integrieren.
Dieses Mal geht es um das Thema **Selbstcoaching.** Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Veranstaltungen werde ich also nicht direkt eine Coaching-Technik zeigen. Viel mehr sprechen wir darüber, wie man bei einem emotionalen Problem Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe leisten kann - welche Mechanismen und Routinen dabei helfen können, das Problem auch ohne Hilfe selbstständig lösen zu können.
Ich gebe eine kurze Erinnerung über die Theorie zum Thema des Abends. Dann mache ich eine kurze Demonstration, um Dir auch praktisch noch ein paar Tricks und Kniffe zu zeigen. Der Rest des Abends ist da zum Üben, Austauschen und Kennenlernen von spannenden Leuten.
Wir treffen uns im Café Noir, einem kleinen gemütlichen Café in Kreuzberg. Der Betreiber Kojo ist selbst NLP-Trainer und stellt uns die Räume freundlicherweise zur Verfügung.

NLP-Vorkenntnisse auf Practitioner-Niveau oder Vorkenntnisse sind hilfreich, aber nicht absolut notwendig. Das heißt, wo, wann und bei wem Du Deine NLP Ausbildung gemacht hast, und wie weit Du *damit* fortgeschritten bist, spielt keine Rolle. Die Hauptsache ist, dass Du gewisse Grundbegriffe und Grundtechniken des NLP kennst und Lust hast, diese mit interessanten Menschen zu üben.

This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release / nervous system release. Intensive states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware. I am a 200 h facilitator.
### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
* experience clarity, emotional relief, and deep relaxation
* release stucked emotions from the body
### Each session typically includes:
* introduction and intention setting
* guided conscious connected breathwork
* music-supported journey

### Contraindications
This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:
* pregnancy
* epilepsy or history of seizures

Mavericks Bouldering — A Casual Climb & Hangout in Berlin
A small NEXUS gathering built around movement rather than discussion alone.
This is for high-bandwidth Mavericks who spend most of their time in conceptual thought and need some physical counterweight. Why bouldering? Because it’s deliberate: short problems, full focus, and immediate feedback. You’re on the wall, solving something tangible. The mental noise drops instantly!
Conversations happen naturally in between climbs. No pressure, you move at your own pace. Some exchanges stay light. Others go deep. Both are fine. This is not about athletic achievement. It’s about presence, recalibration, and being around people who don’t require you to shrink or translate yourself.
Come as you are. Try some bouldering problems. Rest when needed, and engage where it makes sense.

Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
