Calm and Clear - Buddhist Meditation in English
Calm and Clear - Buddhist Meditation in English
Meet like-minded people, get authentic meditation instructions and hang out in our beautiful Buddhist meditation center in the west of Berlin! The practice of meditation is a simple, yet profound practice that helps us to connect with ourselves and gives us tools to release experiences of distraction, agitation, and stress. In the Buddhist tradition, meditation is more than just a way to end the mind´s distraction - it is what helps us to bring our mind home to its true nature. What better way to experience the colourful facets of meditation than with a group of like-minded people? Hence our open meditation sessions always have a social element as well - we like to have a tea and share about our meditation experiences, or whatever else we want to explore. There is also always the chance to ask questions to our experienced meditation instructors. These sessions are held in English and open to everyone - complete beginners as well as those with more experience. The sessions are every week on Friday at 17:00-18:30.

Seitai free group session
Seitai free group session
Come join us for a gentle yet powerful Seitai group practice — a space where silence, breath, and spontaneous movement meet. This is a donation-based event, so you’re free to contribute what feels right (from 0€ to (your choice)€). ✨ What is Seitai? Seitai (整体) is a Japanese practice that helps you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence. Through subtle awareness and guided techniques, you’ll be invited to: Listen deeply to your body through Yuki (a meditative, hands-on practice of sensing and following the breath). Release hidden tension with Katsugen — allowing involuntary, spontaneous movements to arise naturally. Find balance in stillness and movement, letting your body recalibrate itself in surprising ways. Seitai is not about control or forcing; it’s about giving voice to the movements your body has been waiting to express. Sometimes this brings ease, clarity, and lightness. Sometimes it stirs up dizziness, discomfort, or emotions. Every experience is valid — and you are always free to pause or leave at any time. 🌌 Why join? Discover a practice that many find deeply transformative. Create space for release, renewal, and vitality. Explore in community, whether you’re a curious first-timer or already familiar with Seitai. 👕 Practical details Wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water to stay hydrated. Bring openness and curiosity. Watchers are welcome — you can simply observe, or dive into active practice. The session is guided, but the real teacher is your own body. ✨ Learn more: 🎥 Watch a short video: https://youtu.be/KF7agFE1zss?si=6UhmjwaIAfBo-_Op 📖 Read more about Seitai: https://seitaibarcelona.com/what-is-seitai/ Everyone is welcome, whether you are completely new or already familiar with Seitai. Bring comfortable clothes and an open mind. 💰 This event is donation-based, supporting the space and allowing us to keep offering it. Private one-to-one sessions are also available at an affordable price. 🌿 Step into silence, breath, and spontaneous movement — your body knows the way. PangeaHaus, Trautenaustraße 5, 10717 Berlin, Berlin, 2nd Floor, first room. https://maps.app.goo.gl/DUA4DqR7DEP5XhEy7 https://www.eventbrite.de/e/seitai-free-group-session-tickets-1982614595626? ✨ Was ist Seitai? Open Reflection Women's Circle
Open Reflection Women's Circle
**Open Reflection Circle** is a small and intimate women’s gathering in Berlin, where we come together in a cozy café to share, reflect, and connect with one another. In this circle, a small group of around **8–10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating. We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe. The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple: to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys. This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives — our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action. We reflect together on questions such as: Where do we want to go in life? What are we dreaming of creating? What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth? By listening to one another’s stories and perspectives, we often discover insights that we might not have seen on our own. You are encouraged to bring a **notebook and pen**, as many women like to take notes from reflections, ideas, and inspiration that arise during the conversation. Toward the end of the gathering, we close with a small and meaningful practice: exchanging short **love letters of gratitude** with each other. These simple messages help us acknowledge the presence of the women in the circle and leave the space with a feeling of appreciation, connection, and warmth. The intention of this circle is not advice or fixing each other’s problems. It is simply to **listen, reflect, learn from one another, and hold space for the beautiful complexity of each woman’s journey.**
Egotistical: English Stand Up Comedy with Tera Kilbride!
Egotistical: English Stand Up Comedy with Tera Kilbride!
TRAUMAVILLE: Welcome to the Chaos! Stand up Comedy. Tera looks back at her Not-so-all-american family life (pyramid schemes, school sh\*\*tings, growing up with a jesus-loving-liberal-mother, and a con-artist step father) how that affects her relationships (failures in love) and of course - the downfall of one of the greatest short-lived nations of our times - the USA. NEW JOKES + Classic Jokes. Work in progress. [BOOK HERE ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/english-stand-up-comedy-with-tera-kilbride-traumaville-welcome-2-chaos-tickets-1444773840449?aff=oddtdtcreator) DETAILS: 10 Euros, Pay Online. (Or 15 at the Door) WILL THE SHOW BE ANY GOOD? Tera has over 25 years stage experience, it'll be fun. Also the energy YOU bring makes it good! WHERE CAN I SEE THE COMEDIAN'S CLIPS FIRST? Youtube or Instagram [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/teracomedy_/?hl=en) [YOUTUBE](https://www.youtube.com/@teracomedy) Ego, love, politics… what do they all have in common? Absolutely everything — and somehow, it’s still your family’s fault. *Egotistical* is a cheeky, sharp-tongued dive into the glorious mess of egos (yes, including mine), the delicate delusions we call love, and the world leaders who treat entire countries like their personal dumping ground. From childhood moments that quietly deflated our sense of self to distorted adult relationships — this show connects the dots between growing up, blowing up, and occasionally ruining everything. It’s about how we learned to love… badly. How we learned to lead… worse. And how, deep down, we’re all just overconfident children with Wi-Fi and unresolved issues. Come for the laughs, stay for the uncomfortable realizations — and maybe call your parents after. Or don’t. VENUE: Z-Bar Berlin, mitte Bergstrasse 2. You must arrive by 20:15 to claim your seat!! But come as early as 19:00 for drinks if you want! Show starts 20:30 sharp. Runs 60-90 minutes. TERA: Tera's a former therapist turned international stand up comedian, host and producer, originally from the United States, living in Europe. She’s performed English standup in 15 countries + adding to the roster! Her content tackles growing up, relationships, cultural humor, mental health, dark humor performed with good vibes, and living as an immigrant in Europe. Tera´s known for her energetic delivery, her bold content and fearlessly engaging with her audience. Tera has headlined sets in Berlin, Dresden, Cologne, Munich, Ireland, Portugal, Paris, the famous Indra music club in Hamburg, and played sold out theatres in Lyon, etc…
Silent morning walk
Silent morning walk
DEUTSCH SIEHE UNTEN === Our silent walks are finally here. We challenge you to join us in the next two weeks for a daily silent walk in the morning through Hasenheide. **In a nutshell:** we meet at 07:55 am in front of Little Johns Bikes (1 minute walk away from metro Südstern), and at 08:00 am we start walking together into Hasenheide for a one-hour loop, finishing where we started. It is a completely silent activity, from start to finish, from hello to goodbye, and we ask you to respect that. Even if you come with friends, please do not talk during the walk. **Why should you join these walks?** The idea is to create space for a few simple things. First, a chance to start the day by being outside and seeing morning light for a longer stretch of time. Morning light helps regulate our circadian rhythm, and being outdoors makes that light much more effective than staying inside. Second, a chance to be together without small talk, or any talk at all. We invite you to feel accompanied without having to think about what to say or make conversation. Third, a chance to take some mindful time. While we walk, we invite you to notice the park around you and stay in the moment. What was your favourite bird today? How many bikes passed us? What sound do our steps make on grass, and how does that change on gravel? We will offer one optional daily question or challenge to help you stay grounded. And fourth, a chance to move, which is simply a great way to start the day feeling good.

Self Tuning: Knowing through mental imagery
Self Tuning: Knowing through mental imagery
Bodhispace would like to invite you to a very special workshop: 'SELF -TUNING: Embodied Knowing' on Sunday, April 26, from 2-4 PM.💙☁️ What to expect We invite you for a Self-Tuning workshop, a practice designed to help participants access and hear the intelligence of their body sensations and mental imagery as the source of insight. Participants will explore how inner imagery - your imagination and bodily sensations can serve as source of insight and clarity. Through gentle, guided processes and exercises, a direction emerges from within, offering a quiet yet precise sense of orientation. Rather than focusing on performance, this workshop opens a space for a contact with what Winnicott described as the "true self," where clarity emerges through attention, awareness, and felt experience. Key takeaways \- Inner gazing \- Shift your attention from distractions into a deeper sense of awareness \- Hear\, see and work with the intelligence within \- inner imagery and feelings in the body \- that carry precise forms of knowing \- Cultivate your inner orientation \- Cultivation of your internal orientation as a foundation for clarity and coherence\. A Guided Practice It is not about analyzing or fixing but rather accessing and learning how to look inward. Rooted in the work of Desoille's Waking Dream Therapy, this practice uses imagery and sensation to access self-exploration and therefore more clarity. Who is it for By engaging with inner images and felt experience, a coherence begins to emerge, cultivating a more clear and grounded sense of self. Anyone willing to engage in an introspective practice in search for clarity. There is no expectation to perform or share beyond one's comfort. The structure supports inward exploration in a safe, contained way. About the facilitator🙋🏼‍♀️ Ana Mrovlje, mag. of psychotherapy science, is a practicing psychoanalyst in Slovenia with over 10 years of private practice experience. While the workshop draws on psychoanalytic thinking, it offers a distinct approach focused on cultivating self‑exploration and embodied knowing. This workshop plants a seed of connection with the self that continues to unfold beyond the session itself. Tickets below: early bird 17 EUR (limited amount), normal 27 EUR – Note: Promocode available for students, elders, etc.
