Dieser Workshop ist eine Einladung, für einen Moment aus dem Alltag auszusteigen und wieder bewusst im eigenen Körper anzukommen. Wir beginnen im Kreis mit einem einfachen Mantra, das durch Klang und Rhythmus eine ruhige, verbindende Atmosphäre schafft und das Nervensystem beruhigen kann. Anschließend leite ich eine achtsame Selbstmassage mit ausgewählten ätherischen Ölen an, bei der wir verschiedene Körperbereiche bewusst wahrnehmen und unserem Körper Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Zum Abschluss öffnet sich der Raum für intuitive Bewegung oder freies Tanzen – ganz so, wie es sich für dich im Moment stimmig anfühlt.

Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. If you already have experience, or if you’re curious and would like to try it out in a committed way, feel free to get in touch. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us. * Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay.
