Kundalini Shake Off ist meine Version der *Kundalini-Meditation nach OSHO* \- eine schlichte\, strukturierte Bewegungsmeditation in vier Phasen: Schütteln\, Tanzen\, Spüren\, Ruhen\. Keine Show\, kein Druck\, keine Esoterik\-Clouds – nur du\, zentrierte\, speziell kuratierte Kundalini\-Musik und ein klarer Ablauf\, der den Kopf runter\- und den Körper hochfährt\.
