**Insight Circle** Connect deeply, developing greater intimacy, with yourself and others, in this **Relational** **Mindfulness Practice** in the form of a conversation. We will practice **observing without judgement**, what’s happening in us and between us, in the moment, as we relate to each other. **Observing sensations, emotions and thoughts** so that we get a complete picture of what it’s like to be us. In this way, we learn to **lead ourselves** through **greater awareness** of the moment, and cultivate our own **inner knowing**. Through exercises introduced at the beginning of each session, we will gradually develop our capacity together to **be present** with what is and listen deeply to ourselves and others. **This practice can help you:** * Connect to your emotions, and * Be more at ease and alignment in your body and mind. * Get inspiration. * Develop intuition to help you make decisions. * Improve your relationships and connect with others on a much deeper level. * Become unstuck in different areas of your life and take action. This gentle, nature-based mindfulness walk is an invitation to slow down, listen to birdsong instead of notifications, and reconnect with yourself through simple presence. This is an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your senses, and the natural world around you.
