**Risoterapia para soltar tensión y recargar energía** es un taller vivencial de 2 horas para desconectar del ruido mental, liberar estrés acumulado y volver al cuerpo a través de la risa, el juego, la respiración y la conexión grupal. Durante el taller crearemos un espacio seguro, ligero y cuidado donde no necesitas “ser gracioso/a” ni venir con experiencia previa. La risa se irá despertando poco a poco mediante dinámicas sencillas, ejercicios de movimiento, juegos de confianza y propuestas de Yoga de la Risa. La intención no es forzar la alegría, sino abrir un espacio donde puedas soltar el control, bajar la tensión del cuerpo, conectar con otras personas y salir con más energía, presencia y ligereza. ### ¿Qué haremos durante las 2 horas? Empezaremos con una bienvenida y una pequeña toma de contacto para aterrizar en el grupo. Después realizaremos ejercicios suaves de activación corporal, respiración y juego para ir entrando en confianza. A medida que avance el taller, iremos incorporando dinámicas de risoterapia, ejercicios de risa consciente, movimiento expresivo y propuestas grupales para soltar vergüenza, estrés y rigidez mental. Community Backyards Workshop Join us at the Ohio Herb Center in Gahanna to learn about sustainable home gardening. We can make small changes in our yards to make a BIG impact for a better environment and healthier waterways while saving money. This workshop is presented by Friends of Alum Creek and hosted by Ohio Herb Center. By attending, any participating community resident can receive a voucher for a rain barrel, compost bin, or native plants for attending. Vouchers are limited to one per household per year.
