A special gathering to **discover The White Villa from the inside**. This is not a typical event. It’s a moment to understand the space, the project and the different ways the villa is experienced beyond the usual gatherings. We’ll share what happens here — from coworking and events to the community that is slowly growing around it. You’ll get to explore the house, the terraces and the atmosphere in a more personal way, and see how everything connects. This session is designed for those who feel curious about the project and want to be closer to it. We’ll also introduce **different ways to be part of the community**, for those who feel aligned and want to stay connected or get more involved over time. **[QUÉ ES EL SOFTCOMBAT?](https://youtu.be/Essu82NpRvc)** El Softcombat és una activitat esportiva en la qual, mitjançant armes embuatades (conegudes com boffers), es recreen combats medievals, es practiquen jocs d'equip i s'aprenen moviments marcials de combat. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. No estan permesos cops **ni al cap ni en els genitals.** 2. **La/s ma/ns** que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. **No es pot estocar,** només colpejar amb el lateral de l'arma. 4. **Abans de començar** qualsevol enfrontament, cal estendre les armes, procedir a una lleugera salutació mitjançant el xoc entre aquestes. 5. **Cuida del company** amb el qual entrenes. Vigila la seva esquena i advertir-li de forats, arbres, altres persones o altres irregularitats en el terreny. 6. **Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena**, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. Amb la participació en les activitats de Softcombat Bcn Events Associació Cultural, es declara que l'interessat accepta la política de privacitat i tractament de dades personals concorde a la normativa vigent de la LOPD (UE 2016/679). **Risoterapia para soltar tensión y recargar energía** es un taller vivencial de 2 horas para desconectar del ruido mental, liberar estrés acumulado y volver al cuerpo a través de la risa, el juego, la respiración y la conexión grupal. Durante el taller crearemos un espacio seguro, ligero y cuidado donde no necesitas “ser gracioso/a” ni venir con experiencia previa. La risa se irá despertando poco a poco mediante dinámicas sencillas, ejercicios de movimiento, juegos de confianza y propuestas de Yoga de la Risa. La intención no es forzar la alegría, sino abrir un espacio donde puedas soltar el control, bajar la tensión del cuerpo, conectar con otras personas y salir con más energía, presencia y ligereza. ### ¿Qué haremos durante las 2 horas? Empezaremos con una bienvenida y una pequeña toma de contacto para aterrizar en el grupo.
