And deep down, you know your family looks to you as the example. If youโ€™re running on empty, short on patience, and out of shape, thatโ€™s the standard you set at home. The **D.A.D.S. Hereโ€™s the best part: You donโ€™t need to be a seasoned gym rat. This is designed for **beginner to intermediate exercisers**โ€”dads who may have been out of the gym for years or have never had a structured program, but know itโ€™s time to get serious. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, weโ€™re hosting **Meet-Up Workouts from 6:00โ€“6:45 AM.** No strings attached. Her classes offer a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action. Ann has held this group, a dynamic community has been created to dance, to sweat, to change, to support, and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the egoโ€™s hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of ourselves that yearns to be free. Creativity. Connection. Community. There are no steps to learn. 5Rhythms can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience. Managing Chaos, Moving Courageously
Managing Chaos, Moving Courageously
**A 90-Minute Experiential Workshop with Marc Stoecker & Marsha Bonet.** (This event was offered once before. To cater to both new attendees and those who attended previously, this offering has been upgraded, expanded upon and new interactive scenarios have been added.) When life feels unpredictable, itโ€™s easy to tense up, overthink, or lose sight of your own worth. Chaosโ€”whether situational, emotional, or strategicโ€”can feel like a wave youโ€™re fighting against. But what if, instead of resisting, you could find your footing, keep your rhythm, and even move with confidence through the unknown? In **part two** of this immersive, in-person session at **Real Eyes Meditation Center**, purpose and mental fitness coach **Marc Stoecker** and choreographer, teacher, and motivator **Marsha Bonet** guide you through a powerful blend of movement, mindfulness, and mindset work. Together, youโ€™ll explore how uncertainty shows up in both body and mindโ€”and how to transform it into clarity, courage, and flow. Through guided reflection, embodied exploration, and partner activities, youโ€™ll learn to: * Notice and release the tension that chaos creates in your body * Shift from fear and self-doubt toward confidence and self-worth * Discern the โ€œsignalโ€ from the โ€œnoiseโ€ when everything feels loud and unclear * Work with the rhythm of changeโ€”giving and receiving, leading and following * Build resilience and adaptability through trust-based movement exercises Youโ€™ll leave with a renewed sense of optimism, a toolkit for grounding yourself in uncertain moments, and a deeper connection to your own courage. ### What to Expect * Gentle movement (no dance experience required) * Positive Intelligence-based mindset tools * Partner and group activities to practice adaptability and trust * Opportunities for personal reflection and community connection * A safe, supportive environment to explore your relationship with change **Who Itโ€™s For:** Anyone navigating personal or professional transitionsโ€”whether stepping into a new role, adapting to life changes, or simply wanting to meet the unknown with more confidence. Cost for this event: $25. We also have an 11am singing bowl sound bath meditation in case you would like to join for both events. Please remember to respectfully keep your speed to under 10MPH while on our shared driveway. With Love & Gratitude

THATโ€™s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience. And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree. In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again. Examples of painful experiences include: * A broken relationship or divorce. * Death or loss of a loved one. * Death of a pet. * A sudden shock or bad news. * A betrayal. * Being part of an abusive relationship. * A bad injustice. * Loss of a job, position or business. * A grave illness or injury. The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is sponsored the Dianetics & Scientology Self-Improvement Center.

We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being. Whether youโ€™re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment. ## **Why Join?** * **Improve Mental & Physical Well-Being** โ€“ Movement, nature, and supportive conversations reduce stress and promote balance. * **Feel Less Alone** โ€“ Build genuine connections with like-minded people in a safe, welcoming space. * **Gain Clarity & Perspective** โ€“ Step outside daily routines and into a space designed for personal growth and reflection. ## **The Ideal Group Leader** The ideal group leader * Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community. * Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. We believe mental health should be accessible, community-driven, and rooted in nature. Join us and take the first step toward a more connected, grounded, and supported version of yourself. ### **Why Our Groups are Donation-Based** Our Outdoor Movement Groups are made possible through a donation-based model. This approach allows us to keep our events accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, while also ensuring that we can continue expanding our reach. Itโ€™s a great way to pay it forward and support the growth of this beautiful mission! Every contribution helps us: * **Cover Essential Costs** โ€“ Donations allow us to pay essential legal, marketing, insurance, and admin costs as well as nourish the important people who run the organization. * **Grow Our Mission** โ€“ With your support, we can bring these healing experiences to thousands more people in the future and execute our long term plan to expand across the USA, affecting up to 500,000 people per year. By choosing to contribute, youโ€™re not just leading an eventโ€”youโ€™re helping build a mental health movement that supports long-term well-being and connection for all during a severe mental health epidemic. ## **Come Join Us!** Weโ€™d love to have you be part of this growing community of people prioritizing their mental health, movement, and connection. ๐Ÿ”น **Visit Our Website to Learn More:** https://speakyourmind.men/joinusoutside ๐Ÿ”น **Apply Here to Lead Your Own Group!** โ€“ https://form.jotform.com/taketimespeakyourmind/sym-group-leader-application ๐Ÿ”น **Support the mission**: If you resonate with the mission and want to support, feel free to join a group before applying or donate to help us reach our goals to help more people!
