**The Bloom Festival is taking place at our usual meeting spot at the Visitor Centre, so we’ll be changing things up for this Saturday’s run.** **Join the Dublin Runners at The Stables car park for a 10km(ish) run along the Clontarf coast. Afterwards, we’ll head back to the car park and find a local café for coffee and pastries 😋** **We’ll splint into two groups with one running at a pace of 6:30/km and the other at 5:30/km. If anyone wants to run at a faster pace, that’s not a problem.** **We’ll be starting at 8:30am sharp, so please try to arrive a few minutes early.** **Thank you** **Maeve**

**Explore Blessington and Blessington Greenway.** * **MEETING POINT : Tara Street Train Station.** * **WHEN : Sunday, 31st of May.** * **Time : 11:00AM.** We will be meeting at Tara Street Train Station in Dublin City Centre, (Right beside the ticket machines) at the 11:10AM, we wiill make our way to Poolpeg Street and take the Bus at 11:30 (Scheduled 65 Ballymore, Dublin Bus). **Bus Duration 1 Hour & 17 Minutes, 72 Stops.** If you are running late you can take the Luas to Tallaght and the Bus goes to Tallaght Square Bus Stop. There is a lot of Coffee and Pubs in Blessington. Thereis a Pizza pop up and Bar at the Greenway. Every event is 5 Euro's, you can pay by using Revolut or Cash I hope to see you there. **Reminder No Irish Rail this Bank Holiday Weekend.**

Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! All **ages, genders and fitness levels welcome**! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **35/45 minute strength building + endurance**: to build muscle and endurance. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level. **15 minute HIIT:** for some happy endorphins! (Okay to skip if you're tired!) **5 minute Cooldown:** Get the heart rate down and stretch After, we will go to the food market close by. ——- This will be **super low pressure**, incorporating **basic callisthenics at whatever pace is good for you! Join us Tuesday (6/2) at 6:30 pm as we hike the Hundred Acre Woods in Westerville. This is a beautiful trail that is filled of hills and roots but a picturesque wooded landscape to hike. Wear your hiking boots if you have them. We will do 2 loops of the 1 mile trail.
