Quantum Healing Session 1:1 with Phil
This is a single person event for an in-person quantum healing session in Alexandria, VA. If you are interested in visiting a past-life and getting in touch with your higher self, please join me for this free and very intense opportunity. The session is based on Dolores Cannon’s *Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique* and takes about three hours to complete. We have human friendly cats. There are some small activities that should be accomplished prior to the meeting, for a more quality session, so I will be requesting an email address to send instructions to. It is important to let me know prior to the session if you cannot make it to allow someone else to take your space. See you soon!

Smerconish Mingle Meetup
Smerconish Mingle Meetup
### **What to Expect** This is a casual, friendly get-together for people who enjoy thoughtful conversation inspired by *The Michael Smerconish Show* — current events, culture, politics, media, and the occasional curveball topic. No lectures. No debates you “have to win.” Just respectful conversation, curiosity, and a chance to meet interesting people you may not otherwise meet in your usual circles. We’ll have a semi-private area or private room, depending on the number of RSVPs. Ask the host for the "Walters Party." ## **Informal Agenda** **6:30–6:40 PM \| Arrival & Casual Conversation** Arrive, grab a drink or food if you’d like, and settle in. We’ll keep things relaxed while people trickle in. **\~6:40 PM \| Welcome & Brief Opening Remarks** Once we have a few people, I’ll offer a quick welcome: * Why we’re here * What kind of conversations we’re aiming for * A few simple ground rules (respectful, curious, no grandstanding) **6:45–7:30 PM \| Small\-Group Conversations** If we have enough attendees we’ll break into small groups of 3–4 people. I’ll provide optional conversation prompt cards for anyone who wants them — topics inspired by current events, media, or “Smerconish-style” questions. If you’d rather just talk organically, that’s perfectly fine too! **7:30–8:00 PM \| Open Mingling / Continue Conversations** Groups can mix, conversations can continue, or people can wrap up as needed. We can stay longer than 8pm. ## **What to Bring** * An open mind * Curiosity and respect for differing viewpoints No preparation required. No pressure to speak if you’d rather listen. ## **How to Find the Group** Once you arrive, ask the host staff for the "Walters Party" or "the Mingle Project group." I’ll be there early and happy to point you in the right direction. *** ### **This is our First Annapolis Meetup - Please come and help shape what future gatherings look like!**

Step Into the Sacred: A Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Two Guided Shamanic Journeys
Step Into the Sacred: A Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Two Guided Shamanic Journeys
This guided ceremony will begin with Cacao; followed by two meditative shamanic Journeys. This will be held indoors by the fire in our large great room. Here’s our current plan for the flow, however this could change depending on how guided by spirit: **Transformative Cacao Ceremony:** This will be a journey into the heart guided by the healing power of sacred cacao. Rooted in ancient traditions, this ceremonial experience honors and offers a safe, nurturing space for reflection, connection, and renewal. With Cacao, we will open our hearts, set our intentions and awaken the sacred space for the shamanic journeys. **Guided Shamanic Journey**: The first journey will be a guided visualization taking you into the realms of Earth Magic… **Guided Shamanic Posture Meditation**: The second experience will involve the practice of trance posture meditation, a powerful method for accessing deeper states of awareness, inner healing, and spiritual connection. This unique guided session invites you to explore the wisdom of your body through sacred postures and rhythmic soundscapes. You will relax into a specific posture guided by an experienced facilitator, combining breathwork, focused intention, and gentle cues including rhythmic sounds designed to support your trance state and enhance your experience. This will conclude with some journaling and a reflective circle to integrate insights and share your journey with others. **WHAT TO BRING**: Please bring a mug (for cacao), along with a pen and journal to help reflect what arises in your journeys. If you have a special blanket or amulet, you are welcome to bring that as well. RSVP is requested so we properly accommodate and spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience. Reserve your spot today and embrace the journey of self-discovery and community connection. **FIRST TIMERS**: No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop. **IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS**: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 mile driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses. **COST**: A Suggested scale based on your comfort level of $20-30. If you would like to contribute in another way, please let us know. With Love & gratitude
Starhawk Meditation Ritual
Starhawk Meditation Ritual
For those feeling the need to get in touch with their own personal power right about now, join MoonFire on Sunday, January 18 at 12:00 PM, to hear Starhawk's 45-minute taped guided meditation, "The Way To The Well." In the meditation, Starhawk will help you explore different aspects of your own power by inviting you to visit three different wells: the well of your own personal power, the well of “Power Over” (whether it’s power someone has over you, or you have over someone else), and the well of community power. If you’ve heard this meditation before, feel free to attend again, as you may hear or experience something differently or in a different way than a previous time. If desired, please bring a pillow, towel, or mat for comfort, and your journal. A potluck and time for fellowship will follow the ritual; you might like to bring food or drink to share, along with your own plates/utensils, or share our food and supply of washable re-usables. MoonFire holds ritual the 3rd Sunday of every month at the UU Church of Arlington, VA, starting at 12 PM with a pre-ritual briefing. Plan to arrive a little early so you can meet folks and get settled in. Rituals are usually followed by a potluck. We welcome everyone. If you are wondering whether to bring children, are new to Paganism, or plan to take pictures or write about our ritual, let us know ahead of time.

Contra dance Jan 24 (First Unitarian Universalist Church) note new time!
# **Band: The Pegheads; Caller: Liz Burkhart** Beginner lesson at 1:30, regular dancing begins at 2:00 pm NOTE THAT WE ARE TEMPORARILY DANCING IN THE AFTERNOON INSTEAD OF EVENING. Dance with us in the afternoon then you can still go out in the evening! **Sponsor: All Soles Contra and Square Dancing, First Unitarian Universalist Church, 93 W. Weisheimer Rd., Columbus OH 43214** WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 1:30 - 2:00, followed by dancing 2:00 - 430. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner. Cost is $10.00 adults, $5.00 ages 12-26. Under 12 free. Free parking in church lot. Please bring your own refillable water bottle.
