Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us!
Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast.
Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too.
What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :)
We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast!
Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45.
We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier.
Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup.

**WHAT??**
A group of actors and a host perform a staged reading of a script in front of a live audience.
When certain pre-determined phrases (buzzwords) are read out loud, a bell rings and the audience and/or actors take a sip from their drinks.
Audience members are encouraged to participate, but are not required to drink alcohol.
**HOW?**
* No one under the age of 18 years is allowed to attend the show.
* Anyone who has a beverage in hand can participate. A beverage is not required to watch the show, but it's more fun that way!
* There are usually 4-5 buzzwords per show and they are articulated to the audience before the show starts.
* Actors follow the same buzzwords as the audience as well as additional "actor-only" buzzwords.

The Science of (Self-)Love – Cultivating Compassion for Yourself and Others
Love and compassion – for yourself and for others.
Beyond romance, love is the foundation of how we relate – to
friends, family, and our own inner voice. Many of us show care for
others but struggle to extend the same kindness toward ourselves.
This workshop combines gentle yoga, breathing, and neuroscience, introspection, pair- and group activities to explore how compassion transforms our inner dialogue and relationships. Adrián Klepe
Pre-doctoral neuroscientist, certified NeuroMindfulness® Coach, yoga teacher (at Manas Yoga Studio), breathwork instructor, and mindfulness facilitator. Adrián bridges scientific knowledge with mindfulness practices to support awareness, balance and connection. At The Mindful BAse in collaboration with Villa Vida, he co-creates workshops integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, meditation, and movement to foster well-being and mindful communication within diverse community spaces.
Riccardo Trapannone
Post-doctoral researcher in cellular neurobiology, and a certified sustainability and communication expert with strong interest in mindful communication and collaboration. Riccardo combines scientific insight with mindfulness and non-violent communication to design effective and mindful communication strategies, building bridges between people, communities, disciplines, and the environment. At the Mindful BAse in collaboration with Villa Vida, he co-creates experiential workshops promoting connection, empathy, and sustainable community practices.

Sunday Screenings in the Living Room
Weekly screenings from a large archive of many of the most significant, yet seldom seen and rarely accessible cinematic masterpieces in the history of film - from its earliest beginnings to the present day. Screenings are in original language, if English, or original language with English subtitles.
Films are selected democratically on the inspiration of a brief pre-screening discussion. The selected title is typically a "neglected gem" that most of us discover together for the first time. Individual taste is not a criterion and all participants are expected to put the interests of the group as a whole above personal preference or prejudice. In this sense, the emphasis is on openness, exploration, and surprise. Each screening is followed by an in-depth group discussion, led and moderated by the curator.
WARNNG: FilmStory is not just about watching movies! Rather, it's a socially responsible, intellectual engagement, involving an organic approach to group study of film language, philosophy, art, history, politics, and technology. In this sense, the film is always merely the current highlight in an explorative, ongoing group discussion.
**FilmStory** is a members-only series that involves a closely knit community of cinephiles. Events take place every Sunday in a comfortable, private setting with limited capacity. Participation is reserved primarily for regular members, but we're always ready to make new friends!
Non-regular members may request to meet the community and, upon acceptance as a "new joiner," are welcome to participate in one event, according to space availability. This is a free, in person meeting.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Learn where painful experiences are “stored” and how they can unknowingly affect us.
