We will focus on the artist that is already inside of you, using this space not to critique or judge but to create, play, and cultivate. Feel free to bring your own supplies if you want, but it is not necessary. Materials will be provided, including acrylic paints, paintbrushes, pencils, paper, and towels.

Practicamos Taiji (TaiChi) según el enfoque tradicional de la **familia Yang**, es un **arte marcial**, en concreto el **linaje de Yang Shao Hou y Yang Chen Fu**.

3\. Forma 108 \(encuadre largo\) para fortalecer elásticamente piernas y demás\.
4\. Aplicación y familiarización con la fuerza **Jin**.

Nota: Es un arte marcial. Las clases duran 1h30, no son para fluir, se corrigen errores y son bastante exigentes, **tendrás que empujar** suavemente a tus compañer@s **y ser empujado**, para ganar una **comprensión profunda** de lo que sino sería solo teoria. Si no te gusta ya el Tai Chi quizás esta clase no es para tí.

El QiGong se basa en la medicina tradicional china, enfocándose en la prevención de la salud, a través de posturas y respiración lenta que favorecen el desbloqueo y restauran la energía vital. Please bring something comfortable to lay on like a yoga mat. Being a pillow for your head or for under your knees and a blanket to cover over yourou. The library can get cold. Bring some water to help flush your body for after the session.
