In this class, we’ll explore the **two complementary energies** that shape our lives: *the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.*

Autoengaño funcional – Justificaciones elegantes que mantienen el estancamiento
No todo el autoengaño es evidente.
A veces adopta una forma mucho más sutil:
explicaciones coherentes, decisiones razonables, argumentos bien construidos.
Todo encaja… pero no cambia nada.
Este tipo de patrón no se siente como un problema.
Se siente como madurez, como prudencia, como estar haciendo las cosas bien.
Y precisamente por eso es tan difícil de detectar.
En este encuentro exploraremos cómo la mente puede sostener discursos muy sólidos que, en la práctica, solo sirven para evitar el movimiento real.
Durante la sesión veremos:
– Cómo se construyen narrativas que justifican no avanzar
– Por qué cuanto más reflexionas, más fácil es sostener ciertos bloqueos
– La diferencia entre claridad real y explicación convincente
– Qué señales indican que estás atrapado en un patrón funcional
– Cómo empezar a romper ese ciclo sin entrar en autoexigencia

**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:
* A broken relationship or divorce.
* Death or loss of a loved one.
* Death of a pet.
* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
* Being part of an abusive relationship.
* A bad injustice.
* Loss of a job, position or business.
* A grave illness or injury.
The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way.

Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival, while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
