# Rise, heart: the music of Poulenc and Vaughan Williams St. Mary's, Bourne Street, London, SW1W 8JJ Saturday 9th May 2026  Peregrine Orchestra, alongside some fantastic soloists, perform a programme full of joy, mystery, and emotion. Two works form the centrepiece of the programme - Vaughan Williams's Five Mystical Songs (Orlando Barton Hodges - Baritone), and Francis Poulenc's dramatic Organ Concerto (Richard Pinel - Organ). These two works are complimented by music from the same two countries: gorgeous flute music by Poulenc and Debussy (Becca Stanton - Flute; Daniel Collins - Piano), and Peter Warlock's dance-filled Capriol Suite.

Alt Ladies go back to the 90's with Type Of Negative (a tribute band of Type O Negative) supported by Robbed Zombie (a tribute band of Rob Zombie and White Zombie) at the New Cross Inn. Tickets are £13.20 from Dice. We will be meeting inside the New Cross Inn at 6pm when the doors open.
