Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. We practice Taichi out in the open but been aware of CoViD we want for each practitioner to take the mesures to protect themselfs in the corrent situation the way they see fit under their own responsibility. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? If these bits have caught your attention you can come to know Taichi for free, all Sundays taught by Sifu Albert Sala. The lessons start at 9:00 am and run throught 10:30 am in the parc that is at Lleida Street (Carrer Lleida) in front of the building called “El mercat de les flors” (It’s near de subway stations of Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec). We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice. But you have to be conscius and responsable of yourself so we ask of you to comunicate with us any posible health problems or injuries that may be bring harm to you during training. However you have to be aware and concious of your well-being and therefore we hold you ultimately responsible for it.

La propuesta de esta actividad es ir a visitar la exposición dedicada al arquitecto Kazuo Shinohara (Japón 1925 - 2006) que se celebra en el espléndido edificio del Dipòsit del Rei Martí. La exposición, titulada *"La casa como obra de arte"*, es una muestra retrospectiva con motivo del centenario del arquitecto. Shinohara está considerado uno de los arquitectos más influyentes de su generación en la arquitectura japonesa contemporánea. Sus reflexiones arquitectónicas se centraron en la casa como medio para generar emoción, y en la ciudad como fuente de emociones. La mayor parte del material presentado en la exposición es una reproducción de los archivos originales del arquitecto. * Actividad gratuita La lista definitiva de participantes en la actividad se creará siguiendo criterios de participación en el grupo.

There's also an express belt where kitchen staff can send dishes customers order by tablet at their table. The menu features over 140 Japanese dishes free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings, preservatives and coloring. One of the restaurant brand's technological features has been drink orders delivered by Kur-B the KuraBot robot. Staff typically receive orders, place beverages on the robots and program it to deliver to a specific table. Diners place orders directly on the tablet at their table and check out on their mobile phone. The restaurant offers prizes once certain numbers of dishes are ordered. Join us for a ramen rendezvous and Japanese comfort food at the VERY recently lopened (4/15/26) **Kyuramen** in Herndon! ***FFX Now:*** National ramen chain Kyuramen opened Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2330 Silver Arrow Way and is currently offering a limited “soft service” menu of the brand’s popular dishes. The opening marks the Kyuramen’s second location in Northern Virginia and first outpost in Fairfax County. “We saw an opportunity to bring something unique to the Herndon community and look forward to sharing a new experience with our guests, alongside the signature dishes they know and love,” founder Gary Lin told FFXnow. Later this month, “the restaurant will transition into [an] elevated yet fun concept, debuting new creative menu offerings that build on Kyuramen’s signature approach to Japanese cuisine,” according to a press release. For now, the opening menu includes items like Tokyo tonkotsu shoyu ramen, with chashu pork, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, corn, seaweed and scallions, as well as a Korean-inspired kimchi ramen. These are joined by a “Yin-Yang Bowl,” which offers both tonkotsu shoyu ramen and sapporo miso ramen in one divided dish. “Beyond ramen, the menu features Japanese comfort food staples such as fluffy omurice served with curry or demi-glace, takoyaki octopus balls, dumplings, steamed bao buns, and other signature dishes reflecting the brand’s broader vision of Japanese comfort cuisine for American diners,” the release reads. The new restaurant was designed with the brand’s signature “honeycomb-style” private booths, an open kitchen and signature “wishing tree” decor, where guests may write and hang their wishes.
