💟Offline Women Hangout at the Reading Room
Step away from the screen and join us for our Offline Women Hangout at the Reading Room.
We are meeting to unplug and enjoy a few hours of unstructured time together. There is no set agenda or forced socializing. We simply gather to exist in the same space, screen-free.
The Reading Room inside the Wellcome Collection is a unique mix of a library and a gallery. It is filled with over a thousand books and curious historical objects.
Unlike a standard library, this is a social space where talking is welcome. It is specifically designed for movement, conversation, and discovery.
**What you can do**
* **Explore**: Try out the various activities stationed around the room, from creative prompts to interactive displays.
* **Read**: Pick up any book from the open shelves or bring your own.
* **Create:** Bring your journal or sketchbook to capture thoughts (note: the library allows *pencils only* to protect the books).
* **Relax:** Grab a beanbag on the stairs and just exist and people-watch.
* **Socialize:** Engage in low-pressure conversation with other Offline Women in the social zones.
Spots are limited to ensure the group remains small, intimate, and everyone has a great time connecting face-to-face.
Women's Circle: Attachment Styles & Relationship Patterns

## Overview
Are you longing for deeper connections with other women who are on a path of self-discovery and growth? Join us for a women's circle!
Join us for a gentle and nurturing **Women’s Circle:** a sacred, heart-led space for women who want to go deeper. Every month, we gather to explore themes around **spirituality, feminine embodiment, self-discovery and personal growth**.
Each circle centers around a unique topic: from **feminine energy, intuition, boundaries**, and **embodiment** to **self-worth, healing** or **emotional expression** but the intention remains the same:
💗 To create a space for authentic connection, inner reflection, and collective wisdom
💗 To be seen, heard and held without judgment or pressure to be anything but yourself
🌙 **This Month’s Theme: Understanding Attachment Styles & Relationship Patterns**
Many of us notice ourselves repeating similar patterns in relationships — feeling drawn to certain dynamics, struggling with closeness or distance or wondering why connection can feel both comforting and challenging. Often, these patterns are shaped by early experiences of love, safety and belonging.
In this circle, we’ll gently explore attachment styles (secure, anxious, avoidant and disorganised) and how they influence the way we relate in dating, relationships and emotional intimacy. We’ll reflect on how we respond to closeness, boundaries and uncertainty and begin to bring awareness to patterns that may be running in the background.
This is not about labeling or fixing yourself. It’s a space for compassion, curiosity and understanding — a chance to see your relationship patterns as learned strategies rather than flaws, and to open the door to more conscious, secure and nourishing connections.
### ✨ What to Expect:
* A grounding **meditation & breathwork** to help you arrive in the moment
* A short **introduction to the theme** of the circle
* **Mindful exercises** to reflect, feel and reconnect
* A **safe, supportive sharing circle**
* A closing **visualisation, affirmation & oracle cards**
* Warm, soul-led connection with other women walking the path of self-discovery
* Optional social afterwards where you can continue connection with others
### 🌀 Why this Circle was Born:
“I created this circle because I craved **soulful, nourishing connection** with other women: spaces where we could go deeper than small talk and share from the heart. If you feel that same longing: for truth, presence, sisterhood, then this circle is for you.”
### 🌸 Why Women’s Circles Matter:
Female connection is not just emotionally enriching—it’s also *biologically essential*. Research shows that when women gather in safe, supportive spaces, they release **oxytocin**—the bonding hormone—which helps lower stress, build trust, and boost emotional resilience.
Strong female friendships and emotional expression are linked to:
* Reduced anxiety and depression
* Better heart and immune health
* A longer, more joyful life
In times of stress, women are wired for a “**tend-and-befriend**” response, **we heal in connection**.
📍 **WHERE:** Blackwell House, King's Square Community Centre
### 💫 What to Bring:
* An open heart
* A journal & pen
Let’s sit together, soften, and reconnect with our inner power—**not through doing, but through being.**

**About me:**
Aga is a **yoga teacher and transformational life coach** devoted to guiding others on the journey from overwhelm to inner peace. Her work supports those with busy, overthinking minds in **creating calm, clarity and confidence:** one breath, one choice, one breakthrough at a time.
With her North Node in Scorpio, Aga's soul mission is **all about transformation: letting go of control, trusting the unknown and living from deep inner truth rather than external expectations.** After leaving behind a structured corporate path, she committed to creating a life led by intuition, embodiment and spiritual growth. Her journey has taught her to embrace change, follow the soul’s whispers and live from a place of empowered surrender.
Through her women’s circles, Aroma Yoga sessions and coaching, Aga now holds space for others to do the same: to remember who they truly are, reconnect with their inner power, and create lives rooted in **freedom, authenticity and feminine wisdom.**

Bad Girls Book Club February 2026
**Our February novel is: Julia by Sandra Newman**
**This month is a classic, dystopian, fiction, literary fiction, women’s fiction, and science fiction novel. The book is 394 pages in print and 14 hours and 20 minutes on audiobook.**
**An imaginative, feminist, and brilliantly relevant-to-today retelling of Orwell’s 1984, from the point of view of Winston Smith’s lover, Julia, by critically acclaimed novelist Sandra Newman.**
Julia Worthing is a mechanic, working in the Fiction Department at the Ministry of Truth. It’s 1984, and Britain (now called Airstrip One) has long been absorbed into the larger trans-Atlantic nation of Oceania. Oceania has been at war for as long as anyone can remember, and is ruled by an ultra-totalitarian Party, whose leader is a quasi-mythical figure called Big Brother. In short, everything about this world is as it is in Orwell’s 1984.
All her life, Julia has known only Oceania, and, until she meets Winston Smith, she has never imagined anything else. She is an ideal citizen: cheerfully cynical, always ready with a bribe, piously repeating every political slogan while believing in nothing. She routinely breaks the rules, but also collaborates with the regime when necessary. Everyone likes Julia.
Then one day she finds herself walking toward Winston Smith in a corridor and impulsively slips him a note, setting in motion the devastating, unforgettable events of the classic story. Julia takes us on a surprising journey through Orwell’s now-iconic dystopia, with twists that reveal unexpected sides not only to Julia, but to other familiar figures in the 1984 universe. This unique perspective lays bare our own world in haunting and provocative ways, just as the original did almost seventy-five years ago.
