What Really Happens Inside a Longevity Clinic - AIVA
**About the Event**
We are super excited about a special Liv Longevity Community Event at the [AIVA Institute](https://aiva-institut.de/en/), one of Berlin’s largest longevity clinics, combining state-of-the-art diagnostics, preventive medicine, and regenerative therapies.
The event will take place just one day before [LifeSummit 2026](https://lifesummit.berlin/). You will learn about all the diagnostics and treatments available at AIVA Institute, from body composition analysis, VO2 max, and grip strength testing to HBOT, red light therapy, and IV infusions. If you follow Bryan Johnson, many of the longevity and performance practices he is known for are part of what you can experience at AIVA. Some of you will even have the chance to try them yourselves.

The AIVA team will guide you through the institute and introduce the diagnostic and recovery technologies behind their work, including spiroergometry, strength and HRV testing, hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training (IHHT), and near-infrared light therapy.

This is not a typical workout.
We will use slow, mindful techniques to reconnect you with your body and rebuild that lost connection step by step.

– work on rib mobility and learn how to “close the ribs” and support your core

If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!).
**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

He is the founder of Golden Lotus, Inc., which owns & operates 'Song of the Morning' an 800 acre Yoga Retreat Northest of Gaylord, MI on the Pigeon River. Paramahansa Yogananda founded Self Realization Fellowship, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and is the author of the Spritual Classic, 'Autobiography of a Yogi.'
