They are "not two". They are "non-dual." Because this is already true, it's not something that needs to be created or cultivated - simply noticed. Separation as an illusion that can be seen through. **Group Awareness** is a powerful practice that can shed light in this perspective. It can foreground already existing qualities of experience like peace, spaciousness and freedom These qualities are subtle, so it's useful to slow down at first to notice them. ### Movement But life is dynamic. It's no good if peace is only recognised when still! With the mind relaxed, intuition takes over. We play some music and let the body lead the way. Some have mistaken this for ‘dancing’.
