**About the group instructor**
My name is Niluma Anne, a passionate Yogini on a dedicated spiritual journey for the past seven years. From the very beginning, I have immersed myself in a spiritual women’s group, which has been a profound source of support and growth. Yoga and Tantra Yoga have brought incredible balance, harmony, and a deeper understanding of myself, truly transforming my life.
Throughout my journey with the traditional integral Yoga system, I’ve learned practical ways to bring calm and balance into daily life, even in challenging times. Completing my Tantra Yoga for Women Instructor Training was a turning point, as it allowed me to blossom in ways I hadn’t thought possible. Being surrounded by a nurturing sisterhood showed me the immense power of women uplifting one another, and I now feel called to share this path with other women who seek similar transformation.
In this **Tantra Yoga for Women** group, I am excited to lead you through these teachings, helping you connect deeply with your feminine energy and support your blossoming into fullness and joy. Deep Rest : Sound & Visualization Journey
This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest.
The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

We will gather monthly and each session will center a new theme. For our first gathering, we invite you to talk "a little bit about Power". Not as dominance but rather as aliveness. The kind of power we feel within ourselves and we can create as a group.
We will also collect your topics and prepare each following gathering with care. If you want to contribute, that’s wonderful. If you just want to show up and be present, that’s equally welcome.

Der Kurs richtet sich an alle, die noch nie Partnerakrobatik ausprobiert haben, aber motiviert und interessiert sind. Aber auch für Menschen, die schon Erfahrungen mitbringen, wird etwas dabei sein. Wir praktizieren L-Basing (bei der eine Person auf der Erde liegt und eine andere Person auf den Füßen oder Armen balanciert).

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from altercations in the real world to the ring and some still compete in the cage. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \
We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 inside the whetstone rec center in the auditorium, upstairs in classroom B or outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295
Saturday 1pm Wednesday 5:30pm
From Age 16 and up. attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them. \

You must have a free leisure card for the rec center and must be registered for our class specifically .\
