This group is for qualified and trainee therapists in Dulwich and the wider South East London area who don’t want to do this work in isolation. Once a month, we meet locally for a facilitated peer supervision session that offers both professional thinking space and genuine emotional support. Each meeting includes: * A brief check‑in to arrive as humans first, therapists second * Space for 1–2 structured case consultations (with clear questions and boundaries) * Time to explore themes like clinical stuckness, countertransference, burnout, private practice challenges, ethics and self‑doubt * Mutual support around the emotional impact of the work, not just “technique talk” This is **peer** supervision: there is no “expert” in the room, and we share responsibility for holding a thoughtful, non‑hierarchical space. The ethos is reflective rather than performative – you don’t need polished cases or “success stories”, just your real clinical dilemmas and your real self. The group may be especially nourishing if you: * Work largely on your own in South East London (private practice, online work, small organisations) * Crave honest, shame‑reducing conversations about the realities of therapy * Value relational depth, curiosity and good boundaries Confidentiality is taken seriously: all clinical material is anonymised, and what’s shared in the room stays in the room. This group is an additional layer of support alongside your formal supervision, not a replacement. Kevin Rhodus from Lucy Deep Park Northside is coming to talk to us about his extensive neighborhood Christmas light display that is open in November and December every year north of Dublin. 9 houses over 12 acres and over 120,000 individual controlled lights that sync to music which you can tune into on your radio!
