Friday night Brazilian zouk dance class followed by socialising, drinks and practice dance. A fun dance class 7.30-9 pm where you'll meet lots of first-time dancers and get to know everyone before dancing the night away and socialising. There is a discount for the beginner's class! No experience is required, and you don't need to bring a partner, as partners change regularly to enable everyone to get to know each other. Most people come by themselves and make new friends! After the class, the club night goes on till midnight with DJs and a bar. The venue is hired out exclusively for the people who come for dance classes and practice. February's band will be Gloworms. **The Gloworms** are a London based three-piece band and one of the most distinctive and uplifting ceilidh bands in the country. The local organists' association visits us every year for their composite recital. You will hear the beautiful organ at the church built by T C Lewis & Company in 1915. Please note later start time for this concert. Around 12 players of different abilities and ages will each play for 6 minutes. We will be joined by the society's sponsored organ bursary students. You will hear all sorts of styles. The programme is announced close to the event when we know what each organist will be playing.
