The new 280-seater spot in Spitalfields is more like a hacienda than a restaurant. Inspired by the grand estates of Cuernavaca, Tigermilk Spitalfields will boast a number of interconnected spaces, including a courtyard, a dining room, an orangery and a six-metre-high bar stocked with over 2000 bottles.
