A truly spectacular 9 mile walk that takes in the deer of Knowle Park and delightful Ighthman Mote. We shall buy group return train tickets at 9.45am for the train at 10.13am that arrives at Sevenoaks at 10.37am. Train ticket : Return to Sevenoaks Or you may decide to drive. Walk starts at 10.45am. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc, waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers. You should have adequate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour. We shall take the train back to London from Sevenoaks at around 5pm. We shall have coffee or a drink towards the end of the walk. Meetup fee £5 payable in cash or by bank transfer in advance. There will be 4-5 book shops in total, never been to most of them, so it will be some new experience for me as well. Upon finishing, we can find somewhere to sit and chat about books.
