**About the Event**
The global architecture around us, work, money, and nations, are being reimagined for a hyper digital borderless world.

This is a joint event between [e-America](https://e-america.org/), [Aspire](https://aspireapp.com/), and [Mamba Partners](https://www.mambapartners.com/).
We are bringing together a small group of founders, builders and investors in Singapore for a casual evening of community building.
The theme of the event is that the core systems we rely on, how we work, how we earn, and how we belong, are starting to change.
Across Asia, startups are increasingly being built across multiple markets from day one. Talent is fluid across cities like Singapore, Bangalore, and Hong Kong. Capital is global. And new forms of coordination are beginning to emerge alongside these shifts.
We will spend a bit of time exploring these ideas, then keep things open and social.
**Format**
Short and casual panel
Short Q&A
Networking, light snacks and drinks

**What We’ll Explore**
-**Work:** New models of earning, participation, and ownership
-**Money:** Global banking, money movement, and what breaks

**📍Titansoft has moved to a new location at 15 Harvey Road.**
AI is not just knocking on the door; it has already broken it down. Traditional project management—gantt charts, routine scope tracking, and basic WBS generation—is being automated at a terrifying speed. We are facing an extinction-level event for the "administrative PM." In this new world order, Agile is no longer just a framework; it is your only survival mechanism. The irreplaceable human elements of Agile—adaptability, complex decision-making, and navigating human chaos—are the only shields against being completely replaced by algorithms.
In this session, we will face this harsh reality and discover together how we can leverage AI rather than being replaced by it. We will explore four cutting-edge, AI-powered approaches designed to augment the irreplaceable human PM. Join us to understand why you must evolve your Agile mindset today, or risk becoming obsolete tomorrow.
**ABOUT THE SPEAKER**
**Tao Chun Liu** (also known in the community as "PM Mayor") is a Global AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 9 years of hands-on experience in AI project implementation and over 10 years in Project Management. He is the Founder of PM Mayors. With over 6,000 hours of teaching and mentoring experience, Tao Chun specializes in bridging the gap between advanced AI capabilities (such as AI Agents and Vibe Coding) and practical Agile methodologies.

Build Self-Confidence with Bouldering! 🧗 (🌟Beginner-Friendly ) + Dinner 🥘
✨ Connect with us over a day of fun climbs and an (optional) night of dinner + board games! ✨
🧗 What is bouldering?
Bouldering is a sub-discipline of rock climbing, that is done without a harness on a lower wall, with safety pads. It involves finding the right sequence to reach the end of a route, very much like a maze or puzzle.
The problem-solving, social nature of climbing has been shown to boost self-esteem and confidence, as well as reduce depression and anxiety levels. (read the relevant papers here)
What to expect 👀 (Note: the event officially starts at 3pm)
‼️ If you're new to climbing, we will run you through an introduction into bouldering.
🧘 3pm - 3:30pm: Warm up & 5 mins mindfulness (optional)
🧗 3:30pm - 7pm: Climb
🎲 7pm till late: We'll have dinner over card games or go to a board game cafe (see vibes that day)
What to bring?
Comfortable sports attire (long pants recommended!)
Climbing shoes + chalk (if you have)
Price list:
Passes usually range from 25 - 28 depending on the gym
Host's multipass are about 20
Rental shoes cost 5
📝 Things to note:
Please join our telegram chat before coming ([link](https://t.me/+jXJ0Ia_jVMg1ZDQ1))
We vote on the next gym to visit in our tele chat, so stay tuned for updates!
The group size is deliberately small to keep things cosy, so if you can't make it, please let us know ASAP.

Excited to head to Dolly Sods Wilderness in June. As Juneteenth falls on a Friday this year, it's a three-day weekend for some.

MO: North Fork Mtn/Spruce Knob (~40 miles)
I've never done the North Fork Mountain Trail and wanted to do it, but it's a long drive for a 24-mile hike. So, I am combining it with one of my favorite WV hikes: Spruce Knob/Seneca Creek. We will need a car shuttle for the North Fork Mtn Trail, so depending on the number of participants, we will need 2-4 drivers.
The plan is to leave Vienna Friday morning at 7:30 am, drive to the northern trailhead (38.98168, -79.23100), leave 1-2 cars there, drive to the southern trailhead (38.71083, -79.40214), start North Fork Mountain Trail hike. We will do about 12.4 miles to the campsite and possible spring (if it's really dry, we can set up a water cache or carry enough for the whole hike). Saturday morning, we will get up early and hike the remainder of North Fork Mtn Trail, drive to southern trailhead and from there to Spruce Knob Parking. Saturday afternoon we will hike down from Spruce Knob to Seneca Creek and camp anywhere along the creek, ideally by the Seneca Falls. Sunday morning, we'll hike up to see the plane crash site from the 70s and then hike back up to Spruce Knob and drive home.

Sugarloaf Mountain Hike (7 miles) and Lunch
Hello everyone! Come join us for a hike around Sugarloaf Mountain. We will meet in the East View parking lot by the picnic benches by 9:00am. Please allow yourself extra time (10 - 15 min) for parking, as it is crowded on the weekends.
Then, we will go on the White Trail until it intersects with the Blue Trail, hop on the Blue Trail until we reach the West View parking lot, and then go on the Green Trail until we reach the summit. We will take a break at the top, enjoy the views, and then head back down the Orange Trail, until we reach our starting point at the East View parking lot. Please see the linked map below. The enlarged map is on the second page.
[Sugarloaf Mountain Hike Map](https://sugarloafmd.com/downlaods/Sugarloaf-Mountain-Trail-Map-2020v1.pdf)
Please bring water to stay hydrated.
After the hike, we will grab lunch in Urbana. We can decide as a group where we want to eat. I hope to see you there!
VMO: “Pocahontas!” (Allegheny Trail, Sec 3) (~76 Miles)
Have you ever wanted to ***really*** immerse yourself in Pocahontas County, West Virginia? Here is your chance! Last Memorial Day Weekend, DC UL hiked a section of the Allegheny Trail (“ALT”) from Blackwater Falls to Durbin. Let’s knock out the next section this year: Durbin to Sherwood Lake. This section of the trail bisects most of Pocahontas County.
Expect wet feet, regular ascents and descents, 4k feet of *daily* elevation change over 4 days, big miles, and very remote hiking. You must be in solid “Veteran Member” status for this one. In addition to this being a physically tough trek, it is at times tough to follow navigationally. The reward? When co-workers talk about Pocahontas around the water cooler, you’ll be able to say confidently, “***do I know*** Pocahontas County!"
This section looks much harder than the one we hiked last year—hopefully, it will be just as funny. [Here is the trip report from that adventure](https://dculbackpacking.com/2025/05/29/trip-report-this-trail-has-everything-allegheny-trail-section-2-blackwater-falls-sp-to-durbin-west-virginia-may-22-26-2025-73-miles/): https://dculbackpacking.com/2025/05/29/trip-report-this-trail-has-everything-allegheny-trail-section-2-blackwater-falls-sp-to-durbin-west-virginia-may-22-26-2025-73-miles/
(For those of you who missed out on the Blackwater-Durbin section, and who want to someday hike the entire ALT, I’ll redo that section on a future trip).
**The Plan**
Friday: We’ll carpool at 3:00 p.m. from the Vienna Metro to Trainer, WV to leave a car or two. Then, we’ll drive to Durbin, WV to camp at a campground in town.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: We’ll hike SB on the ALT with tentative splits of 20, 19, 14, 16 miles. There may be a restaurant opportunity in Cass for Saturday evening. We pass a gas station convenience store on Monday, but it may be closed on Memorial Day. On Tuesday we may go for swim in Sherwood Lake before reversing the shuttle. We’ll have lunch at Station2 restaurant in Durbin before we drive home.
**IMPORTANT: YOU NEED TO TAKE A HALF DAY LEAVE ON FRIDAY AND ALL DAY LEAVE ON TUESDAY (I’M ASSUMING YOU ALSO HAVE MEMORIAL DAY OFF).**
I set the group size at 5 to make the shuttle work. I can expand it if we get enough drivers, so join the wait list if interested. I’m limiting this trip to Veteran Members.
DC ULers have maps! [Everyone should use the FarOut app for this one](https://faroutguides.com/allegheny-trail-map/), with the maps downloaded. The trail is tough to follow and is often rerouted. FarOut is the most accurate line. https://faroutguides.com/allegheny-trail-map/

\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-**THE IMPORTANT WARNINGS**\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
I’m just a co-participant on this trip, not a guide or an expert. I’ve been hiking with DCUL since 2017 but have no special training, such as organizational, medical, or navigational.
You are officially on the trip if you both RSVP on Meetup, we engage by email, text, or the app, and you meet me at the trailhead. Otherwise, you are doing your own trip until you make physical contact with me and I recognize you as a co-participant. I’m open to questions.
By RSVPing to this trip or any other DCUL trip, you agree to these guidelines and to DCUL's waiver liability terms ([https://dculbackpacking.com/about/liability-waiver/](https://dculbackpacking.com/about/liability-waiver/))
COVID-19 policy: [https://dculbackpacking.com/about/covid-19-guidelines/](https://dculbackpacking.com/about/covid-19-guidelines/)
Dues: Members and above, don't forget to pay your annual dues. You can check if you need to pay dues by seeing if the current year is listed next to your name in your DCUL profile. To pay your dues via PayPal, use this link: [https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/JenniferAdach/15](https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/JenniferAdach/15) ($10 annual dues plus a $5 suggested donation to City Kids Wilderness Project.)
