Sunday Yoga Coffee Club (for women)
Looking for a way to move and connect with like-minded girls? This weekly session combines a gentle, yet dynamic Vinyasa flow with the chance to chat and unwind over coffee afterwards.
We'll start with 60 minutes of breath-led movement to wake up the body and calm the mind. After class, you're invited to join us for a cosy coffee (or tea, or matcha)\* at a nearby café in Kreuzberg.
This class is for women and for those who identify as women only, held in English, and open to all levels. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
Somatic Slow Flow
This is a slow yoga class that guides practitioners into an embodied practice using somatic tools and yogic relaxation techniques\*\*.\*\* Suitable for all levels, this class brings forth the tradition of yoga with a contemporary twist.
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice supports physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. It’s an ideal way to unwind after a long day, reconnect with your inner world, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided through a nurturing sequence in a supportive space, with the intention of helping you feel restored, centred, and held.
This class is held in English.

We take a walk in Berlin to meet new people or people we already know 😁
It's a way to spend a few hours together on a Sunday afternoon.
**How it works?**
The concept is very simple:
* We meet at Boddinstr U Bahn Station at 14,15 o'clock (we use the Whatsapp Chat to find each other: I will post there my exact location outside the station)
* I wait for people for 10 minutes, till 14,25, then we start to walk direction Volkspark Hasenheide, crossing the entire park 🌳🌳🌳 and going then further
* We go on reaching then Park am Gleisdreieck 🌲🌳☘️
* We finally reach KERB at Potsdamer Platz (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cT3642AqjumEMuCP9) to sit down together to take something to drink or eat 🥐☕🍪
* The total length of the walk is about 8kms
I consider that the event will last in overall around 4 hours (2 hours of walk and 2 hours at Kerb), but people are free to stay together longer, if they want 🙂
What I provide is leading the walk and the people at Kerb, but I do not force anyone to stay shorter or longer.
I do not provide a "personal support" for people who arrive after 14,25 (do not write to me expecting "private support").
You are responsible to check for the weather and decide if come or not.

**The Plan:**
We meet at **Ostkreuz**, **by the McDonalds**, **10:30. We open the departures list** and figure out a way to decide which train we take. Throwing a die, or just we find a name of a place interesting, or something else. Once in the train we will also find a way to decide when we get out and what we do from there.
The idea is to spend a good amount of the day walking and letting go.
I of course have no idea when we'll be back, but let's try to do it before the sun hides completely.
One constraint that could be good is to walk towards a station in a different line than the one we started at. We'll see :)

因為大家常常誤會,所以先講一下,不是那種誰先笑出來的比賽😆
是和一位陌生人面對面坐下來,安靜地互相看著對方五分鐘(eye gazing)。
聽起來可能有點怪,但其實滿有趣的。
在這五分鐘裡,你可能會體驗到很多有趣的事,也許是覺察到自己或對方的情緒,也許是跳到另一個維度,但當然也有可能什麼都不會發生。Who knows? 但如果你是個對未知感到好奇的人,歡迎來一起玩看看。
我們是旅居柏林的台英夫妻,之前在柏林偶爾會辦這樣的小活動。這次回台灣過年,想說也在台北玩一下,期待遇到有趣的靈魂!

Just to clear up a common misunderstanding right off the bat: this isn't a "try not to laugh" staring contest! 😆
It involves sitting face-to-face with a stranger and quietly looking into each other's eyes for five minutes.
It might sound a little strange, but it’s actually quite fun. During these five minutes, you might experience many interesting things. You might become aware of your own emotions or the other person's, you might feel like you've shifted to another dimension. Or, of course, absolutely nothing might happen. Who knows?
But if you are someone curious about the unknown, you are welcome to come and give it a try.
We are a Taiwanese-British couple based in Berlin, where we occasionally host small events like this. Since we are back in Taiwan for the Lunar New Year, we thought it would be fun to do this in Taipei. We look forward to meeting some interesting souls!
After the event there is the option for us all to get some food together.

Being outside in nature and cultivating a mindfulness practice is scientifically proven to improve mood, energy, focus, creativity, enhance physical and mental health, and reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of depression.
This 45-minute session combines nature exposure with simple mindfulness and mind-body practices (gentle movement, guided meditation, and nature awareness), to promote your holistic wellbeing and offer a positive and restorative break to your day.

We'll hike about 2.5 miles on the Scioto Audobon Trail and can extend the distance as the group prefers. Will ask one of the faster regulars to take the front (about 16 minute miles) and I’ll bring up the rear at about 19 minute miles. No one left behind.
