Jhana Meditation for Beginners
The course will start this Saturday at 10am. It will be in studio R at CCB studios. [https://maps.app.goo.gl/rFovxE7eG7HV6uB46](https://maps.app.goo.gl/rFovxE7eG7HV6uB46). Buzz for CCB studios and then walk through to the second courtyard. We will try to start right around 10. There will be tea available.
Please dress in comfortable clothes, maybe wearing a few layers. Theres some blankets, yoga mats, cushions and chairs in the room that you can use.
The plan will be for us to do some small discussions at the top and then start discussing theory before doing some meditations of increasing length and then closing with some time for Q & A. We will take a short break in the middle as well. The plan is to go from 10-12 roughly but we may end a little closer to 11:30 depending.
This week will function primarily as a simple introduction to meditation and some topics in the space but we will also discuss what the Jhanas are.

Take the RE1 train 🚆 that departs from Charlottenburg at 10,34 and arrives to Brandenburg at 11,19 (it stops in Wannsee too, as well as in Potsdam).
I will wait for you on the platform in Brandenburg Hbf station.
We make a walk in the city, on the pedestrian paths along the branches of the Havel river 🌊 and in the city center 🏠
Bring your own food 🍔 and drinks 🥤.
After the walk we will end up in Marienberg Park 🌿🌲, the most beautiful park of the city, where we can sit down to eat, drink and stay together.
After the Park, we can go to a beach of the city to swim 🏊 and relax for a while.
The people who want instead to come back earlier to Berlin, they can do so (everyone is free to decide).

Led by Anastasia, a Berlin-based dance instructor who started her journey back when Commercial Dance was known as Videoclip Dancing. She used to switch between MTV and VIVA, recording her favorite music videos on VHS to learn every move by heart. Today, she brings these memories back to life - blending nostalgia with fresh energy and a deep love for movement.

Solstice Resonance 🍃 An Afternoon of Shamanic Ceremony, Sound & Nature
**Join us for a special gathering in nature as we tune into the energy of the Summer Solstice and the season of light.**

Surrounded by the natural world, we will take time to slow down, reconnect, and immerse ourselves in the rhythms of nature. The afternoon will include **guided shamanic drum journeys, a shared sound journey with handpan and other acoustic instruments**, and space for reflection, presence, and connection.
**Rapé** will be offered as an optional ceremonial practice **for those who wish to participate**. There is no expectation to take part, and everyone is welcome to engage in the way that feels right for them.
During the sound journey, participants are warmly invited to contribute with their voices, rattles, drums, or other simple instruments. Bringing your own rattle or drum is very welcome, but not required. **No musical experience is needed**—the focus is on creating a shared experience through listening, expression, and participation.
As we approach the longest day of the year, we gather to celebrate the season of light, deepen our connection with nature, and share an afternoon of sound, ceremony, and community.
The event is open to anyone curious about sound, ceremony, and meaningful connection in a natural setting.
**Your Hosts**
**Isabel** is a shamanic practitioner and holistic life & mindfulness coach. For many years she has been supporting people in deep healing and transformation processes. Her work combines core shamanism, drumming journeys, solution-focused conversation, NLP, hypnosis, and mindfulness practice. With her drum and voice, she creates a sound field that gently guides participants into expanded states of consciousness and inner exploration.
**Unarik (Andy)** supports people on their path toward greater awareness, connection, and authentic expression. His work is shaped by Human Design, energy work, and the sound of the handpan, creating spaces where relaxation, self-inquiry, and inner transformation can naturally unfold.
His approach is rooted in presence, intuition, and the trust that each person already carries their own inner wisdom. His intention is to support people in becoming more aware of themselves, recognizing old patterns, and reconnecting with their inner clarity and truth.

Neha Pugalia
Founder & Yoga Teacher
Neha Pugalia is the founder of Yogicescape Berlin, home to two studios in Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. She embodies the essence of India's living traditions — the Vedas, Ayurveda, and holistic living — and has been leading Yoga, Pranayama, and breathwork trainings worldwide, including 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programmes. Her approach is not just instructional. It is a direct transmission of living practice — a heartfelt offering of love and deep wisdom rooted in ancient scripture. Neha's teaching is also guided by the principle Vasudev Kutumbakam — "The World is One Family" — and she gives back through work supporting underprivileged children in India.

Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing
Shohre is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher (RYT-500) who has been teaching since 2018. Over the years her practice has grown beyond asana into meditation, mantra chanting and sound healing — threads she now weaves into every class she leads. Yoga changed her life; she speaks of it less as a practice than as a way of living she carries with gratitude every day. What she loves most is holding space where that healing energy can be shared — through movement, meditation, mantra circles and music.

Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

**About Summer Solstice**
Every year, around June 21st, people around the world celebrate the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year and a cosmic turning point. Ancient cultures saw this as a moment of powerful solar energy, inviting reflection, growth, and awakening.
The Summer Solstice represents the culmination or peak of the Sun’s journey in this Solar Year. The subtle solar energies of the Sun and the Yang energy are at their maximum. All the seeds that were planted at the time of the Spring Equinox begin to fructify in the Highest Light, both in Nature and also in our Inner Universe, according to our Spiritual Aspirations and the Seeds we planted inside ourselves.
The Summer Solstice is a time of Celebration that gave rise to the many festivals and celebration around the world, some of which still continue to this day.
This highest peak of the Sun, which also represents the Maximum of Light and Consciousness favours an awakening or deepening into the essence of our Consciousness – the inner light within or the Immortal Self, ATMAN.
It also represents the opening of a certain subtle energetic portal, granting easier access into the Spiritual Realms.
**About the event**
The program will consist of a general presentation on the significance of the Summer Solstice followed by a meditation to tune in with the subtle sphere of force active in this special time.
Optionally, we may also be able to enjoy a small bonfire – sitting around the fire like our ancestors used to do :) or simply enjoying the powerful rays of the nourishing Sun, becoming conscious of its enlightening radiance projected and reflected in our being.
