Pregnancy yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering. What are the benefits of prenatal yoga? Improve sleep. Reduce stress and anxiety. Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.

Puppy yoga classes involve having puppies roaming from one mat to the next, leaping on participants, and tussling with other puppies as you try out different yoga poses. Often pups are incorporated into some of the yoga poses or they happily roam free throughout class. All puppies are borrowed from a local breeder and we find the breeders from websites such as Kennel Club or Pets4Homes. On some occasions, Puppy Yoga gives the puppies an opportunity to be adopted, if they haven’t already found their forever home. The puppies get the chance to be around other people (not just their breeder) which enhances their socialisation. To book: ww A gong bath under the moon is the ultimate relaxation. You are invited to lie down under the moon and relax while the sounds of the gongs and other instruments wash over you. This session provides ultimate relaxation and supports healing through full body vibration. These sounds act to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with meditative states of stillness; while releasing nitric oxide which supports the health of our hearts, lungs and bones, helping to regulating our nervous system, immune system, hormones and sleep cycles. As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing become deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur. Thus, a sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits.

Saturday 21st June | Rottingdean Loop from Brighton Marina Celebrate the longest day of the year and International Yoga Day with a soul-nourishing coastal adventure along one of the most beautiful stretches of the South Downs coastline. This uplifting circular hike combines dramatic white chalk cliffs, panoramic sea views, rolling South Downs landscapes, fresh ocean air, and hidden peaceful spots perfect for movement and breathwork. The route is approximately 11.5 km, taking around 3–4 hours at a mindful pace, with moderate elevation (approx. 170m).
