Try to arrive at least five minutes early to set up your mat.
Turn your phone on silent and leave it away from your mat if you can.
Let the teacher know about any injuries or pregnancy.

Wear anything that you can freely move and sweat in.
There are mats available but bring your own if you can. If you do borrow one, please wipe it down with the wipes after class.
Leave the space as you found it - put away any blocks, straps or mats you might have used.

What is pregnancy yoga? Pregnancy yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

Puppy Yoga:
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled.
For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. One adult per two children tickets purchased.

It is recommended to do a "CHAKRADANCE - AWAKENING INTRO" class before a "CELEBRATION" class, but a "Celebration" class can be your first class, it is just a much deeper experience. So a feel and understanding of the process prior to the "Celebration" class does assist you to have a more deep and pleasant experience
I invite you to WEAR comfy clothes that you can move freely in, and clothes that will keep you at a good temperature and comfort, including socks, if needed. We do have heating and air-cons, but rather be prepared than not, as energy work can also shift your body temperature. You can also bring a bottle of water and a towel, if needed, but we do have them available

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
