**This half-day retreat is designed with two intentions:**
**👋 to fully close and release 2025**
**👏to open, welcome and intentionally step into 2026**
2025 has been a year of completion for many.
In numerology it was a **Year 9:** a cycle of endings, clearing and letting go.
In Chinese horoscope, it was the **Year of the Snake:** symbolising shedding old skin, releasing what no longer supports us and making space for new.
2026 carries a completely different energy.
It is a **Year 1** in numerology, the beginning of a new cycle, and the **Year of the Horse**, which brings forward momentum, new projects, fresh opportunities and the courage to move in the direction of your plans and dreams.
**This retreat creates a safe, intentional space to honour both energies.**
**We will close the year with time for reflection and a powerful breathwork release and then shift into softness with yoga, intention-setting and a guided visualisation to open the doorway to 2026 with clarity, purpose and grounded confidence.**

Breathwork is a safe practise, but it can be a powerful and sometimes intense experience.
This practice is not recommended for pregnant individuals or for those with certain medical conditions.
Breathwork should be avoided if you have any of the following: cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders or epilepsy, recent injury or surgery, severe asthma (participants with mild asthma should bring an inhaler), a history of aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, lung, heart or spinal conditions, severe diabetes or serious mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.

I am a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator, expansive breathwork instructor and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath and their inner selves.
I hosted many workshops, yoga classes and women's circle in the UK, Mexico and Spain. My sessions merge multiple modalities in order to provide immersive experience and make sure that everyone takes value from the session.
My life purpose is to create spaces for personal development, healing and growth.

What is pregnancy yoga? Pregnancy yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

Puppy Yoga:
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled.
For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. One adult per two children tickets purchased.
Tickets non-refundable but can be redeemed against any future puppy yoga event with BarePaws Yoga Ltd.

A typical puppy yoga class will have approximately 8-10 puppies with around 15 participants and the puppies can range from 8-14 weeks old.
Puppy yoga classes involve having puppies roaming from one mat to the next, leaping on participants, and tussling with other puppies as you try out different yoga poses. Often pups are incorporated into some of the yoga poses or they happily roam free throughout class.
All puppies are borrowed from a local breeder and we find the breeders from websites such as Kennel Club or Pets4Homes. On some occasions, Puppy Yoga gives the puppies an opportunity to be adopted, if they haven’t already found their forever home. The puppies get the chance to be around other people (not just their breeder) which enhances their socialisation.

A gong bath under the moon is the ultimate relaxation. You are invited to lie down under the moon and relax while the sounds of the gongs and other instruments wash over you. This session provides ultimate relaxation and supports healing through full body vibration.
These sounds act to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with meditative states of stillness; while releasing nitric oxide which supports the health of our hearts, lungs and bones, helping to regulating our nervous system, immune system, hormones and sleep cycles.
As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing become deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur. Thus, a sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits.
