What we're about

I Thrive is an affirmation, a commitment to applying practical, everyday self-care regimens that motivate women to make themselves a priority.

This is for the woman who is ready to put herself first, understanding that she must give herself love, care, support and healing before she can completely give it to others.

Meetups include interactive wellness activities, tips and resources that focus on whole living practices like mindfulness, yoga, affirmations, clean eating, meal prep, journaling, goal-setting/organization and so much more.

I Thrive is an opportunity to…

(1) Meet & bond with other women who are just as committed to self-care breakthroughs and transformations. (2) Receive encouragement and guidance that help your daily practice. (3) Know you’re not alone on this path. We’re all figuring this self-love thing out together! (4) Be in a space that honors vulnerability, and provides preparation for the week ahead. (5) Dig in and give yourself the love you deserve, the necessary and invaluable me-time that feeds the mind, body and soul.

I Thrive is held the last Sunday of the month and is $15 per person. Meetups will be held at ROOTS Gallery, Columbus, OH. However, there are a variety of self-care and wellness events always happening in the city, so of course, field tripping is in order to experience them!

If there is a location change or cancellation, members will be notified in advance. On occasion there will be guest speakers at meetups who will share their expertise on the topic of the month.

Please read the I Thrive Attendance Policy:

*Respect and consideration for others in this group are top priority; please be considerate by refraining from being a no-show. For example, not showing up and leaving your RSVP a "yes" or changing your RSVP to a "no" within 2 hours of an event. If there is an urgent matter please ensure you communicate with the organizer/host of that specific event and/or update your RSVP within 2 hours of the event.

*Events take work for organizers to coordinate, especially those requiring upfront cost or a specific amount of attendees. Make sure you are able to make it to an event to which you RSVP.

*If you find that you can't attend something you've signed up for change your RSVP as soon as possible. If you don't show up and don't make an effort to let the event planner know what happened, this will be considered a no-show.

*No Show/Late Cancel Policy: Out of respect and courtesy to other Thrivers that do show up, we may bump you to the waiting list for meetups with limited space in favor of those with a positive attendance history. Having more than 3 "no-shows" and/or a consistent habit of late cancellations (within 2 hours) may require removal from the group.

Thank you for your consideration.
