The purpose of this group is to learn meditation techniques and methods that can help us handle and face life's challenges and issues gracefully.

Anyone who is interested in improving any aspect of their life can join this group.

I will be teaching different meditation techniques and methods free of cost. I have over 20 years of person meditation experience and also a trained meditation teacher who has worked extensively with people, both one-on-one and in groups.
