Free Daily Breathwork & Meditation Classes (Online)

Free Daily Breathwork & Meditation Classes (Online)

Sun, May 31, 9:00 PM
From Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Australia

**[Please fill this form to receive the link for the classes](https://forms.gle/Bef5HLbpoQD3MznF7)** **ABOUT THE EVENT:** When life feels heavy, most of us have heard advice like: *“Be more positive.”* *“Try to be happier.”* *“Practice gratitude.”* *“Meditate more.”* *“Smile more often.”* And while these suggestions may come from a good place, words alone may not be enough. Sometimes, what we truly need is a safe space, where we can pause. Breathe. Feel. Be heard. Where we're supported through what we're experiencing, instead of being asked to fix ourselves immedately. This workshop has been created with that intention. Through simple breathing practices and meditation techniques grounded in ancient Yogic wisdom, we will explore ways to calm the nervous system, release emotional heaviness, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness and peace. **WHAT YOU NEED (OR DON'T) TO ATTEND THE EVENT:** You **DON'T** need any prior experience with meditation or breathwork. You **DON'T** need to “be positive.” You **DON'T** need to have everything figured out. Just come as you are, and we'll take care of the rest :) **WHO IS THIS FOR:** Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, loneliness, or simply looking for a deeper connection with yourself, this session is here to support you with compassion, presence, and practical tools you can carry into daily life. **This is a free online community session open to anyone who feels called to join.** **CONTACT DETAILS:** +61 406 640 419

Drawing II / Course for intermediate drawing skills

Drawing II / Course for intermediate drawing skills

Sat, May 23, 3:00 AM
From Sydney creative meetups & classes
4.8

WE HAVE ONLY THREE PLACES AVAILABLE FOR THIS COURSE DRAW II . Urban Landscapes This is a seven week course focussed on an urban landscape on Sydney Harbour. Urban landscapes provide an opportunity to draw structure within the landscape which is a great way for beginner drawing students to segue into landscape and the different drawing approaches for that genre. The first session is spent drawing on-site in a Sydney Harbour location learning how artists make studies that are useful as reference material for works created and developed in the studio. Weeks 2 – 7 in this course are spent in the studio with experienced artist [Carmel Byrne](www.carmelbyrne.com) to help develop ideas and to experiment further with materials and scale in drawing. Students must provide their own materials for this course and we’ll back up in the studio with any materials that will help extend your vocabulary in drawing along with scale and techniques. Level: Intermediate drawing skills Runs 23 May - 4 July 2026 Saturdays 1 – 4pm Book here - http://www.scratchartspace.com/book/#!/Drawing-II-Urban-Landscape/p/339428010/category=0
