The purpose of the group, based on the book The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, is for people to meet and talk about their artistic challenges in any field (painting, writing, music etc.) and encourage each other to break their creative blocks and fulfill themselves in their art. If you find people who are sympathetic, you may want to form your own group, meeting regularly to explore the book and supporting each other in their artistic journeys. I have gone through 2 such clusters and can say that it is a very powerful experience. Why not come to a meeting and see for yourself?

Weekly Afternoon Productivity Session for Artists & Creatives @ Chefs Hall

Hi everyone! We're doing the usual Wednesday afternoon sketch hangout for artists and creatives at Chefs Hall. Please bring your own art supplies (mainly dry medium or a small watercolour set). Digital drawing tablets are welcome too! You can bring almost anything that doesn't require too much space to setup and is easy to pack up. We are a church community that values and promotes meditation through art. This program is FREE and open to all. We gather every Wednesday at 10AM to read a short text or poem, listen to a guided meditation related to the theme, and share our own responses. Then we spend time drawing and painting together in light of these reflections. All are welcome—no prior experience with art is necessary! Paint and Sip Bubble Tea

Paint and Sip Bubble Tea is back by popular demand! Join us for a Craft Club Social meetup at Hot Spot Bubble Tea in Woodbridge **May 31st from 12:30 pm - 2 :30 pm**. This is a relaxed, social hangout for adults in the GTA! Come paint, meet new people and try out a new bubble tea spot. No skill required. This is not a workshop, You’re welcome to follow a simple idea from our inspo or create something completely your own. All supplies will be provided. **A $20 materials fee will apply to cover the cost of supplies only. Please note that tickets are non - refundable** as supplies are purchased once payment is received and this confirms your spot for the event. Food & Drinks Bubble tea and food are not included in the ticket price. We chose Hot Spot Bubble Tea not only for their delicious menu, but also for the welcoming space created by the owner, Loveta. Hot Spot Bubble Tea has games like air hockey, basketball, foosball, card games, and board games, making it a great place to keep the conversations going after your painting. They’re also one of the few small businesses in the GTA that carry NONNA LIA tiramisú, perfect if you feel like treating yourself while you craft. **Please reach out if you have any questions at all!** Accessibility Hot Spot Bubble Tea does not currently have a ramp. Creative Sundays: Air-Dry Clay Hangout (No Experience Needed)

Join us for the next Creative Sundays: a relaxed, hands-on creative hangout focused on **air-dry clay**. We’ll be working with clay to create small functional pieces like ring dishes, trinket trays, or pinch bowls. This is **not a class** however there’ll be some instruction to follow step-by-step, just a calm, shared creative session where everyone works at their own pace in a friendly, low-pressure setting. **All supplies will be provided**, and no prior experience is needed. This isn't a rigid certification course but a practical, hands-on clinic led by our two master paddler guides, Rory & Zac.
