The workshop introduces a structured method for preparing, conducting and reflecting on difficult conversations at work. The framework can be applied across a wide range of workplace situations and refined over time as participants build experience and confidence. Rather than relying on instinct, personality or a single communication technique, the framework provides a consistent foundation that can be adapted to different people, roles and contexts.
