Open Board Gaming !

We play and teach games every Thursday [at](https://www.itsyourmoveoakland.com/)[ Its Your Move Games](https://www.itsyourmoveoakland.com/clubs) until 11pm. The cost is $5. Drop in any time from 7:00pm to 10:30pm or so and you're sure to find something to play! Bring your games from home or use any of the games from our extensive used game library. We often have many tables going on at once for lots of variety. The earlier part of the evening is ideal for families with kids. We play all sorts of board games and card games on Thursday nights, but also: We are at[ 7th West](https://www.7thwest.com/) Every Wednesday night with a nice sized board game library. There is no cover charge there and they have Pin Ball machines a great menu and a large patio for smoking. Got a favorite game you'd like to find others to play? Bring it along! Game Night at Armistice (3rd Anniversary Edition!)

It's our birthday! We started gathering at Armistice 3 years ago this month and we're stoked to have such a thriving community blossom right here in Richmond during that time. This session will be a little different than our normal game night. We'll hold a raffle to win games and accessories from our sponsoring partners (stay tuned for the announcement!). I've been keeping attendance and you will receive a raffle ticket for each Game Night you've attended since our last anniversary party. It's free to join, a ton of fun, and a big ole love-fest for our community to feel good about what we've accomplished together over the last year. Board Game Night at the Grand Avenue Library

Casual board gaming for adults at the Grand Avenue Library in South City! We have mainly been playing light games, including Wavelength, Carcassonne, and similar games that are playable within the program's timeframe (6:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Please feel free to bring a game from home you would like to share with the group! Light snacks are included. Parking is available in the Miller Avenue parking lot behind the library. This program is funded in part by a Measure K grant from the County of San Mateo.

Join us for great beer and quality board games every Thursday evening at Armistice Brewing Company from 6 to 9. I'll have a selection of games from the vast library ready to teach. Lotería is a traditional Mexican game similar to bingo, played with a deck of picture cards instead of numbers. Each card has a unique image, and players mark the images on their game boards as they are called out. The first player to complete a winning pattern (such as a row or column) shouts "¡Lotería!" and wins the round. The game is widely enjoyed in Mexico and other Latin American countries, often played during family gatherings or social events.

Mon at Victory Point Cafe

Game night is back, come on out to Victory Point Cafe and check out the Berkeley Board Gamers. The only reason restrictions are being lifted is because most adults that can be vaccinated are being vaccinated. In fact, vaccines are going to be available for 5 and up. Let me state clearly right now, if you are NOT FULLY UPDATED on your boosters, you should NOT come out to any of these events for your own health and safety. Fully updated means 2 weeks after your latest booster dose of vaccine. The Berkeley Board Gamers has no power to verify whether someone is fully updated, so if you make the choice not to listen to this warning, then you are assuming that risk yourself. We may also meet in a place with non-members, the Berkeley Board Gamers definitely has no power or influence over non-members. To be clear, you should only consider these game nights if you are fully updated! The venue we are meeting at is the charming Victory Point Café. The normal gaming fee at the café is $7.50. Instead of paying the normal gaming fee the café has generously offered to let us simply purchase any 2 items from the menu. If you have a dietary restriction that makes this requirement difficult, please let me know and we can work something out.
