Social Walk & Beach Mobility

Join us for a relaxed Sunday afternoon walk, chat and mobility session in Poblenou. We'll meet outside Mono Cafe opposite Llacuna Metro and spend about an hour walking together to Glòries, around the park, and back down to Bogatell Beach. (approx 4.5km in total) The walk is completely social and relaxed, a chance to meet some new people, have a chat and get some movement in at the same time. Once we reach the beach, we'll find a spot to put down our towels, and I'll lead us through a light mobility session for around 20-30 minutes. Nothing intense and no previous experience needed, just some simple movements to loosen up, move your body, and hopefully leave feeling better than when you arrived. Afterwards, we'll have a little time to relax and chat on the beach before we finish. The plan: * Meet at Llacuna Metro * \~1 hour relaxed social walk via Glòries * Walk down to Bogatell Beach * \~20–30 minutes of light, beginner-friendly mobility * Relax/chat on the beach * Around 2 hours in total What to bring: comfortable clothes and shoes for walking, some water, and a towel or something to sit/lie on at the beach. ⛲ An easy and mesmerizing hike along the 7 waterfalls of Campdevànol, where you can enjoy the beauty of flowing water surrounded by stunning natural landscapes! ⛲ Una ruta fácil y fascinante por las 7 cascadas de Campdevànol, donde podrás disfrutar de la belleza del agua fluyendo entre paisajes naturales impresionantes. **VER LA TRADUCCIÓN AL CASTELLANO + ABAJO ⤵️** 🥾 **The Plan** Let’s escape to the Ripollès and discover one of the most iconic water hikes in Catalonia: els 7 Gorgs del Torrent de la Cabana, also known as the 7 waterfalls of Campdevànol. Along the way, we’ll discover the different *gorgs* , natural pools carved by the water over time, with plenty of stops to enjoy the scenery, take pictures and simply slow down in nature.
