Easy peasy for getting back in shape or staying accountable. 30 minutes towards the Venice pier on the strand 30 minutes back! As time goes on the walks can get longer! I’m starting this group to stay accountable after an injury its more fun to get fresh air and use the buddy system! So bring your coffee, water, or electrolyte and let’s do step action!
