**BCRG first Sunday of the month social ride** **What to Expect:** This is a monthly riding event that the organizers of BRCG created to socialize between the different groups and levels of the participants of this meetup. Every organizer shares the details of his ride below and you can attend signing up for the event and answering the name of the organizer you will go with. After the rides, around **1:30PM**, all groups will meet for drinks in Badalona near the beach at **[La Pecadora](https://maps.app.goo.gl/zP7GsQqzviEbYdQd8)**: they have a garden and a safe space for bikes if we want to go inside. **Is This Ride for Me?** Before to sign up for a ride check the details of the route, elevation, km and speed level expected. While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a **road bike**, and **have done rides of similar distance and elevation** before. We welcome all newcomers but everyone is expected to be **self-sufficient**, therefore please bring not only your helmet, a spare inner tube, at least 1lt of water and a energy snack if you wish but also sync the route, bring phone and some cash. **Safety:** Beside wearing an helmet, proper shoes (not open shoes) and a road bike in good conditions **every rider is responsible of his own safety** and must respect the [spanish cyclist regulations](https://www.dgt.es/comunicacion/noticias/20-normas-que-todo-ciclista-debe-conocer/), ultimate safety starts and ends with everyone riding responsibly. Alella**, pasaremos por la Font del Fonoll, la Font de l’Esquerda y la Font dels Eucaliptus, donde el agua y la luz se convierten en lienzo. ⛰🌿 Subiremos hasta el Turó de Galzeran, con vistas que abrazan el **Maresme y el Vallès** desde miradores como el dels **9 Pins**. Una experiencia para parar, mirar y sentir la naturaleza como arte. 📖 Te contaré las **historias** del lugar, su fauna, flora y patrimonio. 📸 Te enseñaré a **mejorar técnica y conceptualmente tus fotografías** con la cámara del móvil o con una externa. 👀 A través del **senderismo meditativo** trabajaremos la **observación activa** del paisaje para conectar con el entorno, contigo mism@ y desconectar de tu rutina. 🥾 Te guiaré para **mejorar tus habilidades y equipo de senderismo** para cuidar mejor tu cuerpo y poder hacer rutas cada vez más potentes. 🧘‍♀️ El objetivo final es la **conexión con la naturaleza y con nuestro bienestar** y no los kilómetros ni la técnica.
