We will go to the "haute ville" to admire a few places, taste some rose honey, then embrace the green landscape with the hike, while keeping an eye on the Cesar tower. Have your picnic with you. We will pass the Seine Musicale Island, the Manufacture Royale of Ceramics, the huge geometric domain of Saint Cloud with the best view over Paris. We will have lunch at the Etang de Ville d'Avray, and dash to Versailles. After discovery of the royal city, we will have a merited drink. Nous partirons pour une marche d'une vingtaine de km au départ de la gare de Bures-Sur-Yvette pour terminer en gare de Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse. From the 17th century, in Paris, it was used as an open sewer. Baron Haussman had buried it. Fortunately in recent years, the river has been reborn with many rehabilitation projects.
