There is no better place to spend an autumn break than the Costa del Sol, the sunniest region of Spain. November is the ideal time to visit Andalusia. Daytime temperatures sit comfortably between 15°C and 20°C, perfect for exploring on foot, and the dense summer crowds have finally gone home. The amazing weather is just the start. What surprises most people is the dramatic landscape. The Sierra Nevada, mainland Spain’s highest mountain range, is just 45 minutes from Granada. This means we can hike at an altitude of 3,000 meters in the morning and be back in the city for tapas by evening. An hour south, the mountains plunge straight into the sea. Two hours west, the mountains break into gorges and white hill towns. Ronda is built right on the edge of one, a gorge around 100 metres deep spanned by an 18th-century bridge, and we’ll explore its old town with an optional light hike down into the gorge itself. Very few places in Europe let you experience all of this in the same week. When it comes to food, Granada is one of the last cities in Spain where every drink arrives with a complimentary plate of food, naturally turning dinner into a relaxed crawl from bar to bar. One evening, we’ll head to the Albaicín for flamenco to experience it in an authentic, intimate tablao. Woven through all of this is a history completely unlike the rest of Europe. Eight centuries of Moorish rule left behind masterpieces like the Alhambra in Granada and the Real Alcázar in Seville. These palaces are defined by open courtyards, running water channels, intricately carved plaster, and gardens designed specifically for shade and quiet. Join us in the heart of Andalusia for an unforgettable autumn escape, complete with great company, authentic paella, and exceptional wine. ⭐What are some of the Highlights? The Alhambra Grounds & the Albaicín: We walk up through the old Moorish quarter on cobbles that have not changed much in five hundred years, into the free Alhambra grounds, and on to Mirador de San Miguel Alto for sunset. The palace on one side, the Sierra Nevada behind it, and the whole of Granada below. Sierra Nevada High-Altitude Hike: Mainland Spain's highest mountain range, and a scenic loop above the tree line at over 2,500 metres. Roughly three hours at an easy pace with plenty of stops. Ronda & the Tajo Gorge: A white town built on the edge of a gorge around 100 metres deep, its two halves joined by the 18th-century Puente Nuevo. We walk the old Moorish quarter and the clifftop viewpoints. For anyone who is interested, there is an optional hike down into the gorge for the classic view of the bridge from below. The Real Alcázar & Seville Cathedral: A working royal palace built by Moorish craftsmen for Christian kings, with gardens that take an hour on their own. Next door, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and the Giralda tower. Granada's Free Tapas: Granada is one of the last cities in Spain where a drink still comes with a plate of food, no charge. We do a guided night tapas crawl, trying out all of the specialties Andalusia has to offer. Traditional Flamenco: A first-row seat to a traditional flamenco show in a cave-style room in the Albaicín. Bei den letzten Marathon-Wanderungen sind ungefähr die Hälfte ins Ziel gekommen. * Sonntag danach auf jeden Fall schonen. * Eindrucksvoll Landschaft mitten in Berlin - lass Dich überraschen. Beim letzten Mal haben wir Rehe, Hasen & Füchse gesehen. * Wir machen nur kurze Pause, damit wir im Tritt bleiben. * Die Wanderung ist eine sportliche Herausforderung, trotzdem mit reichlich schöner Natur. * Wir können mehrfach einen 30-Minuten-Silent-Walk machen, um die Natur noch intensiver wahrzunehmen. You also have the opportunity to participiate the special variation "Blind Walk Moments" - It's a 3 people playful experience where 2 people guide and steer 1 person in between them that has their eyes closed. Beginner Bodyweight Strength & Calisthenics (FREE)

Looking for a fun way to get stronger, improve your fitness and meet new people? Join me on Wednesday at 7:00 pm for a free beginner-friendly outdoor bodyweight training class. Whether you've never exercised before or you're looking for a new challenge, this class is designed to help you build strength and confidence at your own pace. Hi, I'm Maroof 👋 I've been practicing calisthenics for over six years and one of the things I love most about it is that it brings people together. Watching people achieve movements they never thought possible, whether it's their first push-up, their first pull-up or their first handstand, is incredibly rewarding. What to expect Each session includes a guided warm-up, beginner-friendly strength exercises using your bodyweight, progressions for pushing, pulling, squatting and core strength, optional introductions to calisthenics skills as you progress and a fun team game at the end (with a small prize for the winners 😁) Every exercise has easier and harder variations so you can work at a level that suits you. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else. Who is this for? ✅ Complete beginners ✅ Anyone wanting to get stronger using bodyweight exercises ✅ People looking for a friendly outdoor fitness community ✅ Anyone curious about calisthenics You do not need to be able to do a pull-up, push-up or any advanced movements before joining. Many people come on their own so don't worry if you won't know anyone. The class is welcoming, supportive and a great place to meet like-minded people. Afternoon Walk + Coffee in Berlin: Ostkreuz to Potsdamer Platz👣🚶🚶‍♀️🍂🥐☕🍪

WHATSAPP LINK BELOW 📳​ We take a walk in Berlin to meet new people or people we already know 😁 It's a way to spend a few hours together on a Saturday afternoon. **How it works?** The concept is very simple: * We meet at Ostkeuz Station at 14,30 o'clock (we use the Whatsapp Chat to find each other: I will post there my exact location in the station) * I wait for people for 10 minutes, till 14,40, then we start to walk direction Spree river, walking along it and the East Side Gallery * We walk on Friedrichshain to then enter in Mitte, passing through Alexander Platz and the TV tower and going on * The total length of the walk is about 9 kms * We land finally at one of the Coffee or Restaurant in the area, probably at KERB ([https://maps.app.goo.gl/BVfjTyxdQ9a7LsBt8](https://maps.app.goo.gl/BVfjTyxdQ9a7LsBt8)) or Manifesto Market ([https://maps.app.goo.gl/2ee9VGwgDqpY6RNb7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/2ee9VGwgDqpY6RNb7)) since are big places to host us I consider that the event will last in overall around 4 hours (2 hours of walk and 2 hours at the Cafe), but people are free to stay together longer, if they want 🙂 What I provide is leading the walk and the people at the Cafe, but I do not force anyone to stay shorter or longer.
