Are you visiting Paris? Do you live here but feel like you've never really gotten to know the city? Come along this Saturday morning to take a tour through the heart of the City of Lights! Starting at the Arc de Triomphe and finishing in front of the Louvre, we'll learn about art, architecture, literature, cinema, history, science, sport, cuisine, and more! My name is Ben, I'm originally from Australia and have lived in France for nearly 3 years. I love Paris and I love giving this tour! I'll do my best to give you some interesting stories and the context for what you're seeing, without drowning you with too many dates and figures! This is the most enthusiastic and well-researched walking tour you will find in all of the city of Paris! Here on Meetup it's a free tour, but please do consider budgeting to leave a tip at the end :) We'll meet under the Arc de Triomphe at 9:30am. Look for me holding the red umbrella!

Foraging walks are generally safe when led by knowledgeable guides who teach participants to safely identify plants. However, participants should follow guidelines provided to avoid picking or consuming anything without certainty of its safety.

Not all plants discovered during walks are edible. A key aspect of foraging walks is to educate participants on distinguishing plants that are safe for consumption from those that are not, under expert guidance.

Most foraging events will be outdoors to fully explore natural environments. However, weather and season can influence exact locations or timing, with alternative venues discussed by organizers if needed.

Meetup allows participants to join groups where they can interact with other enthusiasts, share experiences, or plan informal meet-ups or extra activities outside of official events.

Event availability depends on seasonality and group organizers. Many foraging walks are more frequent during the spring and summer months when flora is abundant, although some opportunities still exist in other seasons.
