Il arrive que nous disions oui, alors même qu’à l’intérieur nous entendons non. Je vous propose d’explorer au cours de cet atelier d’introduction votre capacité à dire non et à poser vos limites, à travers deux exercices : \- Accueillir le “faux oui” : reconnaître les besoins qu’il cherche à nourrir\, et ceux qui restent insatisfaits lorsque le “non” n’est pas exprimé\. \- Exprimer un “non” conscient : expérimenter un “non” posé\, relié aux besoins qu’il soutient\, et écouter aussi ce qu’il laisse éventuellement ouvert pour soi et pour l’autre\.
