In this session, we’ll explore The Infinite Mindset Model and what it looks like in practical terms. We’ll look at how the model helps leaders stay grounded under pressure, respond intelligently to change, see possibility in difficult situations and make support visible so that success feels collective rather than individual. Too often, leadership is treated as a title, a role, or a series of short-term wins. But in reality, the way we lead teaches people how to respond to challenges, how to handle change and how to recognise growth in difficulty. This talk explores key challenges shaping Barcelona today, including gentrification, the lack of public housing, and the dominance of cars in urban space. Looking at housing, mobility, and infrastructure through a social and intersectional lens, we will discuss why public housing is essential to tackle displacement and how more just and sustainable urban mobility could look like. ​This talk will be given by [David Bravo](https://www.cccb.org/en/w/participants/david-bravo?utm_source=luma), an architect dedicated to deliberating and debating urban challenges such as the public space, the right to housing and the right to the city. He is a founding member of the international consulting firm Urban Front and the interdisciplinary team responsible for the ATRI.city strategy, which provides cities with affordable housing systems to combat gentrification. Renew with the earth: a Sunday working in the field!

A morning to get your hands dirty, to help look after Las Acacias (https://lasacaciaspermacultura.com/), a permacultral educational project within a little forest and share some laughter and chats with friends who come on the day. The project is located about 20mins walk from Castelldefels train station. Circle Song: Improvised Body Music

**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions. *"We are doing something that is so human and so needed, something that we've forgotten." - Igor, circle participant May 2025* Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next. **This event is donation-based.
